My kids love camp!!! I do wish it would be expanded because we are waitlisted for 2019. The spots filled up so quickly, within 3 days. Not bad for a rustic camp. The experience is talked about all year.
I am 63 yrs old spending a week at 4-H camp was one of two things I looked forward to te most ever summer, the other being the fair of course. I know it has changed alot since I was there but would recommend it to anyone to try the experience once at least. I even went back as councilor were I was too old to be a camper. Can tell the arts and craft building is different. The picture of where the tanks are in front that was on a lot better shape and that was where we had nature lessons. Just wander what the cabins look like now cause I know they have to of been up dated. Remember tour the mansion, seeing the Sun singer and the Fu Dogs but they were always being stolen hope they are back where they belong and of course Sunken Gardens. So enough from an old lady remembering. But if you get to go do it it well be an unexpectedly good experience. Debbie

My daughter LOVES this camp! It is a little rustic, but it IS Camp! Great staff and great activities.

I always look forward to going back to Camp every Year!
4H camp is my favorite place in the world
Food sucks, bathrooms are outdoors, and the beds have blood on them.
The best summer camp in the US.
