Just not well maintained. Alot of empty trailers

Need to either be fixed, torn down or cleaned up! This place is awful! Someone needs to step up and get the process rolling..

A friend purchased a "fixer-upper" double-wide from the owners of this mobile home park & has received courtesy & prompt service with all issues. Park is being cleaned up & a nicer mobile park than i can remember. Good job.

Place looks ran down. Alot of empty and trashed trailers. It use to be a nice place now the grass is starting to cover all the trailers they don't maintain the landscape at all. Since the new owners took over it's gone to hell.

New owners are making a few cosmetic improvements but the majority of the mobile homes need to be discarded. They are not well insulated homes. They need major remodeling and not worth 550. a month. Name has changed but same old worn out mobile homes. Would love to see newer homes brought in to rent and streets fixed.

Roach infested, mice, nasty! Extremely poor quality mobile homes. Old out dated appliance's that don't work or are a fire hazard. Heating & cooling units old & most don't work. Dangerous for ANYONE to live in. Over priced! Discriminate against lower-income families also. Also discriminate against service dogs. Extremely poor management and ownership. I don't understand how the City of Elk City could let this place continue to rent two people. Yes it's that bad!

Nice quiet trailer park better than it was under new management with a new name, Elk Landing

It was ok nothing elaborate but when there was a maintenance issue they were on top of it and the girls at the office worked with me about my rent. It is a quite mobile home park

This place is ran down but the new management is planning on fixing up the property. They are also planning on placing new trailer and laying new pavement eventually.

It is changing it's name, however at this time I can not remember the new name. I actually like living here and where I am at it seems very quiet actually.
