Being a "New" Operation; they have had difficulty with Vendors Right after the Covid Outbreak. They took it in stride and kept a Massive Selection for you to choose from! A "Family Owned" Business with a "Super Bright" Future! Stop By and Say "Hi !". They will treat you like Family!

Went In Not knowing exactly what flavors I wanted and walked out with some amazing choices! These guys took the time to answer all my questions. They were very knowledgeable on all the flavors and types in their shop. Super nice people! I’m from out of state but will most definitely buy from again and again.

took my nephew here, i didn't go inside but my nephew got what he needed and raved about how nice the staff were and how nice their products were. i'm not advocating to smoke, but when they put a smile on my nephews face he's 27 of course then I say you deserve a good rating from the Herring family. I was all the way over off Chestnut and I needed to get to a vape store I asked Google vape shops near me. And it brought up Queen City vapors. When we got there the sign said closes at 10:00 it was 8:45 and their shop was closed. They need to fix their hours

Terrific customer service with no one hovering over u as well to buy something. They give their personal feedback and wants what's best fit for YOU. Great CHEAP prices and selections!! Found a my fav water pipe $100 cheaper here than where i was going to buy it from!! And plus there's the pit boys that adds to the finishing touch :

It's about time to give a review. Owners are awesome, this is not some chain where the people working there could care less. Reasonable prices and friendly service. House juice is great and this is one of the few places that carry a plain menthol. Every other vape shop I've been to has some butthead purposely blowing vape in your face but not here...yet. lol

Heather and Brian Plus Zack X2 Brady, and Rowan are the best people in the Springfield community! They will treat anyone like family. And always bring the best conversation and products into the shop! They have the Best prices in Springfield for vape products and other smoking needs. Very knowledgeable people, and a family owned business! By far the greatest!

Love love love this place some amazing folks that work here they're family oriented they make you feel right at home. I love them to pieces I met them through my cousin zach and I always feel so welcome and part of the family every time I come there and I always leave with a smile on my face!

This is a really cool place to shop. You can pretty much get anything you want there and the customer service is over the top. Those guys are full if information and if they dont know something they will figure it out for you!

Went in for a new coil. 1 staff was on her cell phone behind the counter using profanity and yelling. Other staff couldn’t find what we were looking for. Another staff came over and couldn’t explain the difference between two products. Meanwhile staff are yelling at each other. Staff that was on the phone continued to use vulgar language and was taking a personal call. No one was friendly or even all that helpful. We felt like an inconvenience to them. We left because they didn’t even have what we needed or just couldn’t explain anything about what they were selling. Strange experience to say the least.
