Updating: they brought in more of a variety of chips other than flaming hot. They always have helpful and superfast service. Horrible selection of bagged chips. If you don't like flaming hot, your choices are very few.
The outside is clean, restrooms are clean, the ice teas and drinks are ready. Customer service is fast and friendly.
They don’t have nothing ready and hot around 5:30am. I stop to get breakfast and lunch and zero or old stuff from the other day. Would appreciate if they step their hand up early in the AM

I come in the store every morning. Always greeted with a smile. Fast and friendly service. Mrs soryda is always very helpful and kind. Definitely one of my favorite stops in the morning
i got a breakfast sandwish today in the kitchen and the lady in the kitchen was so RUDE! When she saw my order on the screen she hit the table like if she was mad cuz she had an order and when she gave me my sandwish she told me with an attitude that i had to pay like if i didnt know. Hope she seen this review. Cuz if you DONT want to work dont Show up.!
Hreat stops all over DFW for snacks, fuel, or a quick break. Oh, and the QT Kitchen is surprisingly great!!!
Order two items from the kitchen, chicken bacon ranch mac and cheese and a fully loaded croissant sandwich. Got out to my vehicle to eat and noticed my mac and cheese was just plain. Went in and the gentleman replaced it no issue. Returned to eat and when I got to my sandwich it was missing half the ingredients. At this point I didn't want to go back in and waste more of my lunch time but it seem when your order takes up more than one column on their screen things get missed
The manager Sergio is very polite and professional. One of the best I’ve dealt with in the area. I shared a concern with him and he handled it immediately. I had the best egg sandwich ever from there kitchen fresh to order. Thank you Sergio keep up the good work!
Awesome QT! Until, recently I went in with my own QT cup, filled it with ice only, went to the counter, let the cashier know that i had gotten only the ice and was charged for it. I told him that in the past the ice was free if we take our own QT cup. He said no. I really don't like to argue with people, so I went ahead and paid for it and walked out.
