QT was my favorite gas station, at this point, I will drive the extra 2 miles to seven eleven or circle k, the store manager white lady wish I knew her name, on long st in Gastonia is the rudest person in management I ever seen, I been in management 17 yrs, & on several occasions, this lady is beyond rude, unprofessional etc, she told a Spanish cashier to help a customer order, while he was ringing me up, causing him to short me 5$, I tried explaining to her, she shyhsve tan the register or help the customer, because he rushed to do what she said, and forgot my 5$, her rude response was, well I don’t speak Spanish, & walked off, another time, as I always do, I told her a guy is walking off with there cases of water placing them under a tree, she cut me off saying yea ok, so I say outside, and watch him grab his 4th water. I called the store, asked is this the manager. Her exact words was yea, what do you want, I said although you didn’t care, the guy is now grabbing his 4th water, she rudely as possible said. Ok, ok, ok, and hung up, as I was gonna tell her what he had on, regardless if you can’t stop him, you have a security guard and cameras, and presence and awareness can run off a thief, I hope QT inventory is horrible, corporate can’t give a damn abt customer service, because she is to rude and nasty, and obviously don’t care, I don’t spend my money with companies that don’t respect or value their good, honest customers,
Your store in Charlotte, on Brookshire and Hoskins rd. Is selling counterfeit cigarettes. Without any stamp on them and they taste like they're counterfeit.!!! I will send pictures
Was going to start working here but they make you train two weeks at a training store instead just train at the store your going to be working in. That training store isn’t close to my house which isn’t in walking distance for me because I don’t have a car. It’s over an hour and 20 minute walk, my two weeks ended at my last job a few weeks ago which means I don’t have money to take a Uber or Lyft there. Wish they made it more convenient to just train at the store your going to be working at. I told them on my interview that I can only walk up to an hour to work at a location. Their excuse for how far the training store was is because they went off of base what I explained on my interview. There’s a big difference between what I had told them up to an hour and an hour and 20 minutes for walking…

What was going on at the qt on Charlotte town location Friday the pumps was not coming on had to wait almost 20 min. Before I got gas plus it gave me 20.00 when I paid for 25.00 t I just left and let them have it it was a lot also thanks to the sheiff officer that helped me to a pump that was actually working
Great looking facility. It's hard to get to if you don't have a vehicle.

This is a concern for the QT gas station on North Tryon Street been sitting here for a while and don't understand why the security guard is in his car don't understand it and it's not professional he's been in his car since he got here at 1:00 a.m.

Took a long time to get refund for cashier giving cash to someone other than me for gas I paid for via bank card inside the store. Manager NEVER CONTACTED ME..NOT ONCE!!!!!
