I’ve been seeing Nissa for laser hair removal and have seen amazing results! Being a 4-5 on the Fitzpatrick scale and highly prone to scarring, I was nervous to pursue laser hair removal. However, Nissa was very knowledgeable and eased my anxieties. Prior to our sessions, she performed test patches and checked the intensity of the laser for my specific skin type. This made me feel safe prior to proceeding with the full session. I still have some sessions remaining, but so far I’ve seen a drastic reduction in hair and almost complete hair removal.
I have been going to Quinn Medical Day Spa for over a year now. I can’t give enough stars to the staff here - they are all wonderful and so helpful! After a bad first experience with Botox at another location droopy eyelids anyone??, Lisa was able to recognize what they did wrong and made sure to get all the injection locations correct upon my first visit with her. Now I make sure to always see her, she is so kind and knowledgeable about anything and everything related to injectables and skin care.
Nissa has helped transform me with Botox and cool sculpting on my neck. I have been extremely happy with her and all of my procedures. I highly recommend Nissa and Quinn
I have been seeing Lisa for over a year and she is amazing! My absolutely favourite person to see and she is so talented! She always makes me look beautiful and feel great!
Unfortunately, my experience at this med spa has lacked transparency and professionalism and was down right dishonest. I have been getting laser hair removal for over a year, starting with lip and chin which went very well and decided to add some other regions after that. I had a great experience with the staff, saw good results with my treatment. Then my tech started training someone new and ultimately transitioned out of providing care for me but I wasn’t told what was happening. With the added regions and the switch to Nissa from Callie, many times I would leave having hairs completely untouched by the laser. No sign of being fried and no sign of growth reduction. Repeatedly this happened. The quality of service was poor. I would point out that I had hairs not being reached in the middle of my leg and also around the ankle, at the bottom of an underarm, there were hairs in every region that were not actually lasered and it didn’t get much better. I transitioned to maintenance for lip and chin and I had mentioned this to Nissa at a previous appointment and then at the next appointment I asked to add my first maintenance treatment. When I began treatment, I was told for this area, it will cost less for maintenance. But once I was settled in with the laser hovering over my face, I was told the price would be $275 instead of less than the $150 that initial treatments were. I said ok and then realized it was almost double the original treatment cost. I asked after it was done didn’t want to talk with a laser pointed at my mouth area and I was informed that this is no longer a small area but a medium so the price is higher. Was never told that. When did this happen? Why wasn’t I informed? I was under treatment for this region. I called later and decided to cease treatment for everything due to lack of transparency and a bait and switch on the cost. It took a week and me calling again to get any kind of response. I cannot get anyone to talk to me on the phone. They are sending a refund but will not explain where the total is coming from as I had remaining treatments in a package I’d purchased for the other areas in addition to the lip chin maintenance package I purchased. Bottom line, it was dishonest and not quality work. Would not recommend. Had a pleasant experience with Callie when she was my tech, she did great. Tracy is very kind. I am beyond disappointed in the way Quinn Med Spa has done business since Nissa took over my treatments. It was dishonest and not transparent at all.
I can’t say enough how impressed I am with my results at Quinn Medical Day Spa! I honestly went in a little skeptical into my cool sculpting appointment and didn’t know what to expect. All I can say is DAMN did they prove me wrong! Nissa not only took her time making sure she understood exactly what I wanted to accomplish with my results but she also delivered!!!! Wow! Nissa absolutely left me in shock! Use them and ask for Nissa!!!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

The medical spa experience was far beyond my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and they had all of my information even my Alle setup and ready to go. I like to ask a lot of questions with any treatment especially a treatment involving my face and Lisa answered all of them and gave me some more insightful information and tips about products and treatments. Lisa also gave me a sample of this magic in a bottle face lotion they sell it's their brand and it's seriously a game changer. Highly recommend going in for a consultation. Lisa is very professional and knowledgable and executed exactly what I needed. I am very happy with my results. Good-bye wrinkles!
I absolutely love my Hydrafacials I get from Katie!! She has the magic touch! So relaxing and my skin feels amazing afterwards! I’m doing Hydras monthly and I look and feel refreshed each and every time!
Lisa is fantastic! Lisa is professional, and is excellent at administering botox. Also, she is personable and helps you to feel relaxed and comfortable. Love her!!
