Quinnipiac University Student Run. Due to Title IX lawsuit our student body may not have an affiliated club hockey team. In response we created The Brave Hockey Club. The name derived from the University's original mascot (Braves).
Quinnipiac University's Brave Hockey Club is the unaffiliated club hockey team that we offer for students enrolled at the University. We are a part of the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) Division III, and also play in the Empire Conference composed of teams in the greater New England Area. With affiliation looming in the near future, we look to continue to provide a competitive outlet that allows players to continue to play at the collegiate level. This upcoming season (2017-2018) will be our first eligible year to compete for a National Championship in Columbus, Ohio. Quinnipiac University's Brave Hockey Club is a thriving organization that looks for not only people who produce on the ice, but more importantly are a force in the classroom.
