Years ago i had a billing issues but overall i appreciated the practice she had with her sister. Recently was prescribed medication that I researched MAY cause harm to my unborn child. After leaving a msg on the Drs line about the medication, i received no call back. Instead i received a letter asking me to find a new pcp due to me needing a physician I trusted. Amazing to send this to a first time mother who will have tons of questions and will feel hesitant about most things. Absolutely shameful
I would like to start off by saying this is a great medical practice. The staff is so loving they make you feel so comfortable and treat you like family. Dr. Quinones is amazing i don't feel rushed like i have to get everything out in 15 minutes like other places she takes her time and explains every little detail and she actually listens and gives great advice. Great office overall.
This office is geared towards the Latin community, which can be helpful to those Spanish speaking folks. I am Latina and fluent in both English and Spanish. I found this office to be sketchy. On my first visit, Dr. Quinones offered me some vitamins, she just handed them to me but did not mention that she sells them and the price $35!!! Of course, I opted not to buy them, what a rip off! I thought that was unprofessional. Dr. Quinones is friendly and personable, however, I don't feel comfortable with the over all experience.
Great service from Dr. Gladys Quinones, she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to detail. This is the first time a doctor sat down and explained me in depth lab results, very knowledgeable. I have already recommended my sister. Thank you for caring and keep it up!
The office orders unnecessary testing and billed for services not provided. The billing department has also made mistakes. When I attempt to pay a bill online it shows a negative balance while the mailed statement states otherwise.
The Best! Very accurate! Their staff are very welcoming! As in our countries. With a high human sense with their patients! I love it!

The worst thing I chose, it is very bad in laser, she charged me the sum of 2400.00 dollars for 6 sections and I was like the beginning without any result, then she wanted to charge me 300.00 dollars to continue supposedly following up each section until she saw the result according to her... Do not be deceived or scammed as I thought long before making my comment Asia she but I really feel cheated and I wanted to share my experience...
Super recommending! A place where they care about your health, excellent attention from all the staff.
