We got a seat right away. The service was friendly and prompt. The food did taste ok not great. The only issues that weren't major ones were that our drinks didn't come out at the same time and our food didn't come out at the same time. Not that bad of an experience but could have been better. My only one other suggestion that could have been a little cleaner and more maintained. The wood on the walls around the chair area was all scuffed up.
Service: Our server Navion customer service was genuine friendly, attentive , and prompt which stood out, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. The food: The dishes were bursting with flavors and beautifully presented. I particularly loved their Ra ra shrimp dish, which was delightful and all the ingredients, were perfectly balanced and created a joyful night out eat. Overall, my visit to this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. We came visiting from Houston, TX. The impeccable service and scrumptious food made it a great experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
Went in for happy hour with my best friend and had the best time. Savannah was our bartender and her attitude was love. Her knowledge of cpcltails amd the menu really made chosing easy. Had the crunchy shrimp tempura roll and the Nigori sake and loved every bite and sip. The General Manager Steve came to check on us throughout our experience and made us feel right at home.
The food is always good to me whenever I go and so on the customer service. I have yet to experience anything bad when they are crowed. The tangerine saki is my favorite drink out of all them honestly. They even take free pictures for you and print them out if you are having an outing with friends.
Edited after revisit: Sadly the service wasn’t great . Very slow even when there were just 3 people at the bar. Waitress seemed to be a total novice - took very long to even get the menu and no water served. They were out of both hot and cold sake. So happy hour wasn’t happy. A bottle of Stella for $6.5 during happy hour isn’t really a deal at all! Good decor and happy hour. The hand rolls are delicious. The poke bowl is ok.
1st time and returning customer! I went on a chill/ less crowded time. So I was able to get the full effect. Great place for dates, social, job meetings. Vegetarian options: Any
Server was decent--attentive and friendly. Food was decent as well--ordered sushi and sashimi. Spring roll was crisp and hot. The crab that was included was the kind you can buy at asian mart--pink on one side and rectangularly molded. Food was NOT moldy. Cocktail was decent. Flirty Geisha. Don't be scared!
Naveon was the best server ever! He was super sweet and accommodating. He made sure we understood the menu, gave us plenty of time to order and overall provided outstanding service. The menu here is really unique and the lychee lemonade was delicious.Food: 5/5
Natasha is new here. She’s not here on Wednesdays but stop by and have this lovely tequila bowl. I think I under estimated the power of this drink Red Bull notwithstanding — it’s serious. We skipped the blue Red Bull part, however. This was an amazing summer drink and I want the glasses for home. As usual I forgot the food pics. All of it was good. The fresh ginger with the spring rolls and tempura shrimp was everything. Will be back here for happy hour.
We came for a lite lunch for a birthday celebration! Natasha is awesome! And the sushi was delicious and picture perfect!Food: 5/5
