Good place to buy good looking shoes.. Always a sale going on and clearance rack in the back of the store.. They have shoes for the entire family. I came home with 4 pairs today...  Whenever I need new shoes I always seem to end up here.. they always have a sale going on.. good selection... Friendly sales staff.

Experience was exceptional my boyfriend went to find some shoes an he did find some he liked but they didn’t have his size so the sales person name McKenzie was very helpful all the way around. to find his size she check other stores to see if they have them. Witch took a few minutes.but no luck so she helped us order some for him. She made sure that we left happy with our purchase.  I will be returning to but more shoes in the future

My coupons never work here and I can read them clearly. The employees are nice but they were younger and I don’t think they knew what to do.

My son buys his shoes at Rack Room Shoes, he can find shoes he likes and are comfortable he is flat footed and wears a size thirteen extra wide. The prices are reasonable. He recommended that I check it out for my grandniece’s. I bought my eleven year old a pair of vans and she was thrilled the price was better than going to the vans store. Salespeople were friendly and helpful. I recommend if you are buying shoes check out the Rack Room.

Used to enjoy shopping here pretty often, but the last couple years nothing is really catching my eye anymore. I think the quality in some of the women's heels has gone down as well. The last few pairs of plain black heels I bought had the buckle strap wear out within two wears. I have some older pairs that I've had for years that are still in good shape though, so I do have some good experiences, just nothing recently. Employees have always been nice, never had a problem

The people here are nice. If you need help finding something they will help. In if you are a member they will gave you 10% off a pair shoes on your birthday.

Went in to the store looking to purchase some Brooks. The whole row was listed for 59.99 but rang up 109.99. They wouldn’t honor the price. Manager said her whole store was like that. No ma’am it isn’t. We were there last weekend during tax free and it wasn’t no where like you say it was. And with all those workers standing around you have plenty of time to straighten out your price tags. Took my business elsewhere.

I would not shop here again or recommend anyone else does, especially if you are buying for children that are not with you.  I returned an item that was $29.95 and bc it was part of a promotion I did not get the full price or even half the price which is what I expected for a buy one get one free sale.  Instead I got back 1/3 of the cost and the Assistant Manager was horrible.  She did not care one bit that I was highly unsatisfied and would rather sit on the extra $5 then give me the correct price of $15.  I definitely won’t be spending my money here again.
