I called from Winston-Salem to ensure Kernersville had the shoes that I was looking for. I told the rep. the specific shoe I was looking for & she put me on hold... 16 minutes later I arrived at the store still on hold. I let the three sales reps standing at the counter know that they could take me off of hold. After that, one of the sales reps was very attentive. Fortunately, they did have the shoes I wanted.
Store manager, Elizabeth, was extremely rude! She stated that she didn’t feel good & doesn’t get paid enough to deal with customers. Her “Karen” behavior was unacceptable and will not be tolerated by me. I will be contacting corporate.
Expensive, staff not trained or educated, dirty
I was just there looking for shoes for my son. There were 3 young ladies standing at the counter chatting. There was no greeting or offer to help. We were more of an annoyance than a customer. Very poor customer service.
Horrible customer service, all the staff stayed at the counter and talked to each other i asked about a pair of shoes for work was handed 1 pair and they continued to talk i walked around aimlessly looking for a high arch all black shoe and after 20 minutes i left no one even acknowlegded me leaving this place needs new staff or to be closed this is a bogo time and they could careless, just pathetic, i get better customer service at car washes and there is no attendants there
Rack Room shoes offers Buy One Get One Half Off all the time. They also have a rewards program that gives you $ off after spending so much. They offer name brands and pretty good prices without waiting for sales. Thry offer Nike, Adidas, Sketchers, Vans, Sperry, New Balance, Crocs to name a few. Always look up the website before shopping. They often have coupons on there that the store will honor if you mention them.
Will be taking my business elsewhere. MOST employees are more worried about moving shoes around rather than focusing on their number one asset. THE CUSTOMER. Also managers are not allowed off the property if they are the only manager on duty. They can take a break but cannot leave the property. All non management Employees get paid minimum wage and are part time......and are expected to work like they get paid double that per hour. Upper Management should focus on customers first and making sure there managers that are stuck there 12 hours at a time are allowed to take a break and eat. Also being honest will get you laid off or terminated. Glad to not be associated with this company and would not recommend working there or shopping unless you run across an associate who cares and is a stand up person. But unfortunately for you the customer I work somewhere else now so good luck. Fortunately for me I work for a company that takes care of their employees and get paid what I am worth. Also this company feeds us and honesty is not frowned upon.
To start off, we walked in the store & didnt recieve ANY customer service at all. The only time we were approached by an employee was when my sister was accused of stealing.. not only that, we were being EYEBALLED the whole time. Not a pleasant shopping experience.
Got a good deal on my new shoes and I love them! The staff are awesome, my questions were answered quickly. Definitely will shop at this store again
Was okay didn't have a good selection of active shoes to me.. I guess being in k-ville we have a smaller store. Store was clean and well laid out and staff was helpful .
