Hey Y'ALL listen up...I mean what I'm saying I went into the off Broadway Shoe Warehouse on 12/29/2023...well briefly saying of course I was bringing an Christmas gift back my daughter who's watchers her influencer off of Instagram brought me a pair of workout Black/White Nike they're cute ...but a Mother me lol didn't want them or needed the colors ...well I  went to return them ohhh my I went to the register and meet this beautiful polite lady who's name is Janelly...Ms.Janelly  was so knowledgeable about the product and sales that was going on at her store ....she helped me out not only with ringing up my merchandise she went far and beyond her job title she came from behind the register and showed me sneakers that my daughter had purchased for me in different colors and they was at a sale price which also allow me to walk out of OFF Broadway Shoe Warehouse with not only 1 pair of shoes but 2 pairs I truly appreciate her kind spirit and her helpfulness and knowledge about her work...y'all must go in and please ask for Ms.Janelly to help y'all out  ..I will definitely shop their again only because of the quality of service I received which made the rest of my day GREAT ...THANKS MS.JANELLY

Overall, I had an absolute wonderful experience shopping at Off Broadway Show Warehouse thanks to the very kind manager Janelly. I was in a rush & had to get a pair of crocs for christmas shopping & she was able to help me order them online. She made the checkout experience quick & easy. Thanks again for the pleasant experience!

This place is amazing!! Every time I have stepped foot in this shoe store, I always received great service from all the associates. There isn't a time that I walked in and I wasn't greeted as soon as I came in. Carl has always been a great help to me, he is always so nice and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I genuinely have no complaints about this store and I recommend everyone to shop here.

Clean and organize The employees are helpful Good quality and quantity But some of the shoes are expensive But after all I like to buy from there

Excellent customer service, and large choice of stylish shoes.

Supposed to open at 11 is 1145 and employee  inside doing nothing and doors are still closed employees no good dont waste your time here

found my prom heels immediately after going to several stores and none of the heels fitting my feet. walked out super happy and the customer service was amazing

My shopping experience was wonderful shopping alone. I stood in line gave the cashier all of my information to order a pair of sneakers that was out of stock.He didn't tell me about the buy one get one half price until the other cashier mentioned it to his customer.I then went back to shop for my second pair.After completely ringing up my purchase I paid.Only to walk out the store with the pair of sneakers that he was supposably ordering maybe he wanted to get a laugh once I walked by the door and the alarm went off I continued walking because I know I did NOTHING wrong.I got into the hallway looked in my bag I already had big bags from Marshalls however I look into Off Broadway bag only to realize the sneakers that was too small that he said he ordered was in my bag.I turned around to go back in the store he met me in front of the store saying LOUDLY you wasn't supposed to take thoseI said I didn't take them THOSE ARE THE ONES you were supposed to be ordering!! What the hell am I going to do with sneakers that's too small and I paid for the correct size?guess you wanted to get a laugh but jokes on you! Poor customer service
