The employee owner I guess was difficult when trying to return an item with the receipt. the return policy was on the receipt wich I did not read because I was told by an employee I could return it if it was the wrong one I was told "even Walmart has to have to original packaging." I told her that I've been doing returns all day and that's not true Walmart Walgreens and Bob wards all took returns electronics today with a receipt no one said anything about packaging. This is the 3rd time this store has been difficult with returns. Go to the one in Hamilton they found the piece I was looking for in about 30 seconds and were polite and helpful. The opposite of this location. I was also argued with about my previous shopping history with there store. Evidently 3 purchases over 3 years isn't kept in their system.
I purchased a radio apx a month later I started having trouble with it. I brought it back only to find on the receipt they only have a two week RETURN policy and wouldn't replace it. For a small town this is a very bad policy.
Generous! Gave me and my wife free screen protectors and some fun fidget spinners for the kids with our purchase! Very helpful and kind.
This is a fun place to browse around in. Have a great selection on plugs and cords!! I bought a used IPhone in there once, it worked great.
Top notch high quality service. One stop shop . Heather went up an above the call of service to smile an help with all our needs
They are hardly ever 0pen during the their posted hours. Don't waste your time on this place. Their knowledge base is minamal!

They literally had everything a radio shack should plus more. A little cluttered, but great nonetheless
Had an extremely rough time returning an object they hassled us ended up taking a month to return it and they finally returned it
Helpful but not very much here for setting up a truck cb!
