I go into Radio Shack on Shelburne Road today to to get a new FM transmitter because the one I bought from them stopped working after 3 weeks. I didn't have my receipt or the box so I didn't expect it would be free. I I wanted to pay half the price which was $25 and return the old one but they wouldn't do it. and the guy James who was supposed to be helping me was helping other customers during helping me and it took forever. so basically terrible customer service and terrible products and no sympathy for the customer who works hard for their money. even though I was agreeing to paying half the price when they would still make money off the product and make a customer happy they wanted nothing to do with that. thanks for nothing James

My African american boyfriend was treated unfairly when he entered this store to buy an item for me. Was followed around like a child and constantly asked if e needed help. When I returned the same item a month latertoday! I had lost the receipt, the guy working was extremely rude, only gave me a $20 store credit on a $43 purchase, that I had to use then in the store or never. While browsing the store the man hovered over me kept asking for my name and number every time I had a question about an item he gave very short stern answers with no explanations. Was also very rude to my 64yr old Grandmother who was with me. Just very poor customer service and treated me like a thief! Guy was probably in his early 30s, tall, dark hair and glasses. Radio Shack will NEVER receive business from me or my grandmother again.

Absolutely abysmal. Had to call three times before they picked up the phone. Arrived at the store less than 10 minutes after my phone call only to find the store had been closed for 45 minutes with no reason given. Can't go out of business soon enough

needed some fuses - the store clerk was an audiophile and knew exactly what I should buy for my amplifier. Nice guy, excellent service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The two associates I dealt with on two separate occasions, one in-person and one over the phone were TERRIBLE. Extremely rude! I was hung up on, after the older gentleman sighed and refused to give me his name!

Had to do a return here and it went without a hitch. Friendly and helpful staff.

They are closing down all the stores so bye bye radioshack
