Super knowledgeable, helpful folks here. Only place for decently priced RC equipment in the Valley! I always swing by when I'm in the area! The repair department is amazing as well and always does top notch work!
Wish I had the option to rate this place a ZERO--Terrible and rude money hungry people with no regard for any kind of customer service. I bought an RC for my grandson that fell apart in 2 days of normal use and this bunch would do nothing to help us--said to look at the fine print on our receipt and deal with the manufacturer--I said I didn't buy this from the manufacturer I bought it from Radio Shack and expect you to provide reasonable and ethical customer service--but to no avail--they just basically laughed in my face and sarcastically said to have a nice day. Lesson learned and advice to all reading--go into their store look around as long as you want and get them to explain details about the RC and even demo it--then go home and order it online and save 20 to 25 percent and if you have a problem you'll have a good ethical company to deal with rather than a bunch of bums [Note: they can't control their sarcasm even in their response--bottom line they don't care about providing customer service to you--they just want your money at an extremely marked up price--break up this local monopoly and buy on line--thanks for listening]
Incredible price gouging. Every time I go there for something, I find that the item they have is marked up between 150%-1000% above what it can be found for online. Pyle receiver for $120 at RadioShack is listed for $70 on Pyle's own website. $40 mini camera is on Wish for $4 and it's literally the exact same camera with the exact same badly translated English instruction manual. They always blame the vendors but there's no way they don't know what's going on. It really is a shame that this is all we have in Bozeman for electronics. We desperately need a Best Buy.
Ordered a "new" Arrma Mojave EXB, which arrived today, however when I opened it, it was an open box product, not sealed, not even placed in the box securely all zip ties cut, and no protection on the body. The body and plastics were all scuffed due to this. I would not order from them again. The product should have been listed as an open box scratch and dent, not new as it was listed, and therefore should also not have cost the price of an actual new product. False advertising and a lousy way to get my 'new' Christmas present.

RC LOVERS REJOICE! I was absolutely thrilled to find a place that's wall to wall RC hobby shop! Neither the website or the outside of the building prepared me for the vast selection of rc cars trucks, boats, and everything else related to RC. They have a huge selection of traxxas brand rc cars and parts as well as aftermarket brands like rpm. The store is well laid out with all traxxas parts and accessories displayed in numerical order. Their prices are very reasonable and right on par with the big online outlets. The staff was friendly and helpful. 'T' assisted meand was very patient answering my endless questions and looking up part numbers. The true definition of customer service, which is in short supply these days. I live in helena and will go out of my way to go here.
This is a great place to buy your remote controls and has a huge selection of rc vehicles. I have bought multiple remote control vehicles and have been pleased with them.
Called and asked if they had had large external hard drives in the 5-10tb range. He said he had 4tb there. Told him I'd be there shortly for it. Drove over and he was actually out. The guy even said "I guess I should have walked over here to check." I called because I was on a time crunch and didn't want to drive there just to look which is what ended up happening. Frustrating

Bought an RC car for my son here a couple of days before Christmas. The staff helped us pick out something we thought would be great. Unfortunately the unit was defective right out of the box. When we went in the day after Christmas to try and get some help they said it would be a minimum of $65 for them to even look at it or we could try our luck with the manufacturer. We are new to RC cars and don't know if this is typical, but this was a major bummer. Update: Owner responded soon after I posted a review and asked me to contact the store manager via email. While I appreciated the quick response from the owner, I held off contacting the manager for a couple of weeks because I was trying to work through the manufacturer. Once I did send an email to the manager, he contacted me within a matter of minutes and got right to work to correct the situation. The manager was able to get the car fixed and back to us the same day, at no charge. Kudos to the owner and manager for being super responsive and turning around what had been a pretty disappointing scenario.
