Nice RV park. Stayed for a month. Adults only, but not limited to 55+. Pros: - Very inexpensive - Great view of Mt. Rainier - Quiet park - Friendly staff - Decent laundry facilities Cons: - Limited number of 50 amp sites - Can't walk to anything except very short walking trail on property - Sites are very tight together. We got a 37ft fifth wheel in, but it was not easy. though they were very helpful helping us park - Driving distance to attractions we wanted to see was significant
This is a wonderful adult- only RV park. Employees as well as residents are kind, friendly, and helpful. I've stayed here two years in a row and intend for it to be an annual visit. Absolutely gorgeous view of Mt. Ranier. Only complaint is that both the bathhouse and laundry have a few steps, so they aren't completely wheelchair friendly.
As a mobile rv mechanic I always enjoy service calls to this rv park. This park has a beautiful view of the mountain and from what I can tell it is also pretty low key and fairly quiet. Awesome park!!! I really enjoy working on rvs in their park.
The owner lies and the management and owner threaten to write you up for anything they can until they can evict illegal they tell you to clean your yard when all that's in it is pine cones but then have a huge stump grinding mess in my yard and they won't clean it up!
Amazing place! The staff here is hands down amazing and the park reflects! Very clean and well run facilities. Enjoyed the quiet, right off the main drag vibe with great views of the mountain. Pet friendly with some full timers but not your typical RV park for sure. We actually felt bad leaving to move in to our actual house in the area. Moved across country Thank you to the staff at Rainier View for the amazing treatment !
Stayed here 7 months while working in the area. Very friendly management, quiet, clean showers, clean laundry facilities. The spots are pretty tight and at a 90 degree angle but we got our 40 ft 5th wheel in fairly easily, had to park elsewhere as you park next to your site and our dually wouldn't fit if you wanted to put out your awning and chairs. Overall a nice park with friendly people, would definitely return...Thanks for a pleasant stay.
Spending the week RVing with family. Very nice little park. 55+ adult only which is fantastic. Nothing fancy but a very nice and relaxing location. And the view of Mt Rainier is amazing
The RV park is very quiet and clean. I would recommend this place. The only minus is that the entrance is at the top of a hill. You cannot see traffic coming up the hill.
This is a very clean RV Park, friendly staff, affordably priced, quiet, and even though there are some permanent residents, RVs and sites are well maintained. On the downside the sites are pretty small, gravel with no real separation between sites. The only restroom is below the office there are actually 3 but all below the office and the lock is difficult to work with. Restrooms were clean and well maintained though. I understand that there is not much that can be done about the biggest problem the park has - the entry/exit. The entrance and exit to the park are located just below a blind crest of the hill and the speed limit on that stretch of the highway is 55MPH, so turning left into the park can be quite dangerous, same with exiting the park from a dead stop.. The park also does not allow you to pay with cards, it is either cash or check, all upfront. There is also wifi, but no cable. On the upside, it has a very large grassy area for your enjoyment or your pets. The other campers and tenants were pleasant and people seemed happy.
We've been here for several months now. After initially only planning to stay a short time, we just couldn't leave. In truth, it's nothing fancy, but the staff is friendly, the facilities are well maintained and the price is right. We highly recommend Rainier View, if you're looking for a quite and simple place to land for a while. Bonus: The name isn't lying. Sunrise and sunsets from your site can be epic.
