The entire staff was both personal and professional. Our visit went quickly with each individual completing his/her part of the process in a courteous and efficient manner. The entire approach was focused on completing each element of the visit while making us feel almost as welcome visitors. Luke Morrison was particularly interested in sharing knowledge of the original surgery along with his opinion of Angel's progress to date. She was surprised at the amount of information Luke brought to the conversation. He is an excellent representative of your organization.
Christian was excellent clinician. He was on time, personable, reassuring. He provided me a steroid hip injection with little to no pain. I was very happy with the entire process. Nurse, Deanna, was also terrific. She assisted me prior to meeting Christian. She was a top-notch communicator, explaining the process thoroughly, and addressed all my questions. A+ for both Christian and Deanna.
Dr. David Dare did an excellent job on my ACL surgery and my recovery has been progressing very well due to his expertise in the field and top notch surgical skills. Dr. Dare conducted several follow-ups post surgery to ensure I was doing good and his personality overall was comforting going into surgery and throughout the process. The post op session with PA Andrew Staples was solid customer care and he answered all of my questions as he went through details of the surgery and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the procedure. In general, the entire team involved was impressive and clearly show the power of team work and focusing on customer care as a priority. Thank you!
Quick and in a hurry to get to the next patient. Is experienced in her explanations and talks fast. I felt like a whirl wind had come and left without the benefit of any personal interaction. I am sure she is just what they want so the patients are quickly informed of the information needed for their up-coming surgery.
Everyone I've met on staff is friendly and caring. You don't get the feeling of being rushed through your visit. Christian Selby was the PA for my follow-up after rotator cuff surgery. He went over the photos of my surgery carefully and clearly explained what had been done. My rehab there is going well. I feel well taken care of.
Derek DeYoung, Physician Assistant is one of the most pleasant providers I've seen. He is personable and takes the time to listen to his patients. He actually remembers prior conversations, and asked about those things. Great person! Highly recommend.
Dr Callaway is hands down the best Orthopedic specialist I’ve ever seen. He’s thorough and respectful. Doesn’t treat you like a number. You can tell with every interaction, he’s just a nice all-around doctor/human being. Need more doctors like him! The entire staff is polite!
This is my first experience with Raleigh Orthopaedic. I had my pre-op yesterday. I have never felt so “at-home” in a medical facility. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable, took time with me and explained everything in a way I could understand. Liz was outstanding. I definitely recommend Dr. Vaughn and his staff.
I came to this office full of anxiety and uncertainty about the surgery I needed, and Dr. Barker did nothing but ease my concerns. His experience and knowledge is unmatched in the area. My knee surgery experience was very positive thanks to his team, and it was well worth the 3+ hours of travel to have it done here!
I don’t do many ratings as we get bombarded with them, but my experience with Lauren made me make an exception. She was a thorough delight and covered the Pre-Op checklist completely and answered all questions in detail. Lauren left me with full confidence in the procedure and comfort in knowing she is an integral part of the team.
