"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

I went here for a late meal on 5/5/22. Very disappointed. I ordered 2 fish fillets with cheese. No cheese was put on either sandwhich. The first one was overcooked, but I can't believe someone thought it was okay to serve someone a completely burnt all the way through fish sandwhich and make them pay for it. Whoever cooked this should be ashamed of themself and should not be tasked with preparing food. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Smh.
On 1/30 I drove thru the drive thru to get dinner. The woman taking my money was THE WORST customer service clerk I've ever met. I said hello and she just started at me..no nothing back. When I asked for some sauce she shut the window. No receipt..no napkins ..no sauce..she made me feel unwelcomed.. I'm never going to give my money to this location...EVER AGAIN..
Food and service eas ok the first two times I stopped for food. Ever since thought yhe employee's service and food has been horrible. I no longer go there and wouldn't advise anyone to eat there. Franchise owner needs to care more about his store and customers.Food: 1/5
Do not go to this checkers Me and my girl friend went to checkers last night at this location I ordered my girl friend a #3 we get home she takes a bite of her food and there was a sandwich tie in with the sauce thank god she did not swallow it she chewed realized it was not bacon and spit it out I go to return the burger and get a new one to show them the sandwich and I got asked when I got the burger and how old it was I then replied with a I was here about 10 mins ago I did not receive a apology or a sorry there was no supper visor on site. I am supper shocked by this and we will not be coming back do to poor survive and food quality. I also was not offered a refund they just made another burger and said here. Also when going threw the drive threw the first time the employees were talking and playing on phones the same thing happened when I returned the order if I could give it less then 1 star I would.
Very negative experience. They were out of large cups. I had placed a mobile order. I heard them tell the car in front of me that they would have to give them 2 cups because they had ordered a large, but they only had medium cups. When I got to the window I mentioned that they were not the only place that is out of large cups, as another place had to give me 2 cups before for the same reason. At that point the person working the window told me they would not be giving me 2 cups. That they were only able to "give you what we have". I said "oh, so you've got me for 20 cents." Then she said she is not the owner and "can't make the decisions." and that she "can't go back and forth" with me. That I needed to pull to the other window for the pickup. Will not be going back to this Checkers. **edit - forgot to mention they didn't put lettuce on either sandwich, and put onions onto the sandwich I asked for no onions on. As this was an online order it is not possible the order was taken wrong. **
Worst checkers I've been to yet. It seems as though everytime I have tried I say try because there has been 2 times I haven't got service and just got sick of sitting and waiting on someone to take an order. The employees here are the worst, they have a nasty attitudes and are flat out rude. I have decided that my family and friends will no longer bother with checkers again. Advice, go to Burger King across the street they are amazing and at least get the food right with a friendly attitude.
Worse checkers ever!! Employee's were great, very nice but unfortunately my sister got a milkshake that was full of cockroaches absolutely disgusting.
Burgers decent , however we received a milkshake that was ruined !! Absolutely disgusting. I puked for two days. Can’t go back

Everyone there is extremely rude, food was made poorly and messy, my drink was so diluted, cashier closed the window on my nail and didn’t even apologize
