Helpful and polite staff. It would have been nice to order specific fan gear to the store on their next shipment. Could sell more if customers get exactly what they want. Kids jerseys are hard to find with the specific player number and size.
This store is amazing and so are the fantastic people who work there. I ran in Friday night to pick up a shirt I had ordered and I left wanting to work there! Thank you for taking the time to engage and help me spend more money ! I left with my shirt and the most amazing jacket!
Had to return a t-shirt given as a Christmas gift that was the wrong size. I was anticipating a little trouble not having a receipt but was taken care of quickly and professionally. I couldn't be happier with their service. My only problem with Rally House is their selection is so great, I can never decide what to get!
Great store but very crowded. It is so tough to get through the isles if many people are in the store. It can be overwhelming finding what you want with so many options, but that isn't a bad thing!
5 staff members standing behind counter and no acknowledgement of people waiting in line to pay nor any movement by staff to operate second register ? Yikes! Then allow an oblivious shopper to step up to the unused register with total disregard or without acknowledgement of the five people waiting in line to checkout and staff proceeds to help her with her purchase! There is simply no excuse for this incompetence. Probably my last trip to Rally House .
The young man that helped me was very nice, but I had to go and ask for help. There were 3 teenage/young men standing at the entrance and the entire time that I was there all they did was talk to each other the entire time. There were shirts and hangers on the floor in different areas but they never moved or stop their conversations.
I would like to rate the store higher but for the second time in as many visits to a Rally House/Kansas Sampler I did not receive my sales ticket via email. The staff in Topeka blew me off when I told them I did not get my sales ticket via email when I last visited the store in Lawrence. When I shop there next, if I can't get a paper sales ticket I will return the items to the shelf and find them somewhere else.
So. Much. Inventory. This is a great fan store. It just needs more square feet. It’s a little difficult to maneuver around other customers during busy times.
So much stuff it is difficult to move about the store. Two people at register only one working, the other just stood and bagged. No longer the Kansas sampler I recall, just a sports related merchandise. We were very disappointed.
The staff were kind and helpful, I really appreciated them wrapping the glassware in bubble wrap made it so much easier to travel with!
