In the first month of month of moving to Mooresville, I ate here 3 times! It is SO GREAT!! I moved from downtown Indy and I think this place more than outshines most swanky city restaurants. The boneless wings are to die for, seriously. I have been with my family twice and both times everyone has RAVED about their meals and we've all gotten different things each time. Nothing has disappointed!!
I’m kicking myself that it has taken us 3 years to return. We came for the truffle fries but was blown away by all our dishes. Started off with crab rangoon dip. Phenomenal!!!! I had the Reuben and my wife had the grilled chicken and the aforementioned truffle fries. Wow! It was all amazing. I can’t wait to come back.Food: 5/5
Very good Service, excellent food & bar drinks. We had the onion soup, Grilled Chicken sandwich, Cali Smash Burger & 2 orders of the Half Chicken dinner. ================== Most recent visit we had the Tenderloin, grilled, and the Salmon with mashed potatoes & asparagus. Both were very good. Soup was excellent, the Sandwiches had great flavoring and fresh ingredients and the Half Chicken dinners were terrific. All good choices for our 1st time since the old owners sold the business. The Bloody Mary's were very good as well. ==================== Another visit to Ralph and Ava's and another quality meal. This time we had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Ruben & Pork Tenderloin. Also the Crab Rangoon & Cauliflower appetizers. Our Server gave us the specials and also told us their menu was changing and a couple of items were being removed and new items will replace them. We again had Bloody Mary's and Tom Collins from the bar. We will definitely return soon to try other menu items.
What a great lil place to sit and enjoy food & drinks with my Man Kayla was Excellent ~ Attentive & sweet in a professional manner greatly appreciated her! The food speaks for itself - Go Try!
I rarely leave a review, as to each their own. Although, this eatery deserves praise! We’re on our way back to San Diego, and stopped for a little nibble. The atmosphere is beautiful the designer needs praise as well, the service was very enjoyable.. and the food! Order the stuffed mushrooms!!! The cauliflower was beyond my expectation as well. The tenderloin was tremendously flavored, just the right crispy.. 5 stars!! This was by far the cutest, and best restaurant we ate at while we were visiting! If you haven’t gone, GO! I doubt you’ll be disappointed with anything on the menu!! P.s. their servings are large, so be warned!
So I went to this place on a limb basically, just moved over to the Mooresville area from Bargersville, not too much of a difference, but didn't feel like driving east to eat. Drive all day & really didn't wanna get back out. I've noticed there's not much here for restaurants, at least not in the evening during the week, plenty of fast food joints, but who really wants fast food 24/7. You know, when most ppl get off work & we don't wanna cook, especially if we're the only ones eating or are single. Anywho, I ended up getting a ribeye, boyyyy that thing was delicious, came with asparagus and taters. I requested salt because usually, I've got to salt things, never even touched the salt. It was grilled perfectly. Didn't get a pic before, but I took the pic of me clearing the plate. I'm a "smaller" guy, so I always get weird looks for putting some food away. The only real complaint I had was for a little after 6 pm on a weeknight. It was pretty loud, but then again, it is a bar kinda. But with the service & the food. I'm sure I'll be stopping by at least once a week. Especially if I don't wanna cook a steak, since there are no steak houses around except Martinsville... hint hint, someone needs to put a good steakhouse here! Parking: For going at 6pm I didn't really have an issue on parking, I even parked near the entrance to the building on the street Kid-friendliness: I did notice a few kids there, not a play area but kids are welcomed Wheelchair accessibility: No steps
A true little gem in a small town with big flavors. The staff was attentive and friendly. Everything we've tried here has been outstanding. We'll keep coming back to try it all. Even something so simple, like mashed potatoes were well above average. Unique appetizers as well, I believe they offer a smaller size as a Happy Hour type special, but don't quote me. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
This place is really good. Definitely a busy popular spot on a Saturday night. The server we had was great. She even had a wonderful recovery when the kitchen torched one of our steaks. Check out that crab ragoon dip. It is definitely worth ordering if you like crab ragoons. All in all I'd definitely recommend this place. Nothing we had gave a bad experience and we will definitely return in the near future.
Delicious boneless wings, French onion soup, smash burgers, and chicken sandwiches. Fries and chips were just okay. Kid-friendliness: The waitress was extremely attentive, and my kid loved her.
Super cute, clean and unexpected! We were just driving through and it was the only place open. We all had a great time. Great service...quaint and classy!Food: 5/5
