Ralphs

What can you say. Ralphs is my go to grocery store in the neighborhood. I drive the extra two miles to get what I want. I recommend the sushi, very tasty. Ample parking. Quick trip when using the self service option. Bathrooms available if you ask for code. Overall a good experience.

I wish I would've read the previous review on cakes. I'm usually a big fan of cakes at Ralphs. I was sooooooo disappointed with my son's birthday cake. The only reason I chose to order a cake at this Ralphs was bc the character I wanted wasn't available at the other Ralphs I usually go to. First of all, I had a hard time getting through to anyone at the store. I even called a customer service line to see if they could help me with my online order and even they couldn't get through to anyone at the store. All I was told was there was something wrong with their line and to keep trying to call back as they will email the store manager about the issue. Wow, just wow!!!! It took 2 days to finally get a hold of someone at the bakery. I don't remember the name of the man who I was talking to, but I asked him if they could write Happy Birthday on the cake as I failed to write that in my online order Hence the reason why I kept calling the store. He seemed to have "written" my message down. The day came for the pick up and sure enough, nothing was written on the cake. The cake was dry and the frosting was hard as a rock! The design definitely did not look like the Spiderman advertised. Worst experience ever!!!!!

So i was in a couple of days ago and got to meet a wonderfull young man in produce name vince he had glasses hes so knowledgeable about the produce and the source it came from and explained to me how the GMOs and the organic fruits vary he's very wonderful young man this store is very lucky to have this young man working for them he answered all the questions I had and and suggested some fruits that I should take home and try they were delicious we need more people like him at this store

It's Ralph's. Lotsa stuff, most of it toxic, full of sugar, salt, pesticides, artificial this and artificial that. There is some food there if you read every label carefully. Otherwise, a huge waste of space.

Always have a great experience. Workers are always helpful and friendly, even help me to my car with my groceries. Just need more carts that handicap people can ride in

Do not buy cakes here. They use literally the worst frosting known to man. I bought two completely different cakes and both had the same HORRIBLE frosting that absolutely ruined them.

Everything is great about this location..fresh produce, flowers. Bakery is always stocked. Clean and organized. However, the women's restroom had no seat liners, no hand soap or trash can. But the worst part is the toilet paper holder is missing the front part of the case and I hit my head on the edge of one side. No blood, just a scrape here but it could be more damaging to a child. They would be better off just taking the whole thing off the wall and sitting the paper on the bar. For your protection, your customers and yourselves, please update the restroom.

Andy on self checkout needs to learn customer service… just because you hate your job, doesn’t mean you have to project that energy towards others!!! I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on!

They've cleaned it up in recent months but the staff and clientele are still...a lot.

This Ralph’s isn’t as nice as some of the other Ralph’s I’ve been too, but the employees try their best to make your experience good! I just wish they had a better substitution system for the online pickup.
