Unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. I had a epidural shot scheduled for my lower back pain with Dr. Subhebdar. The day before the procedure was scheduled Ramapo Pain Management called me and told me it was cancelled. Something to do with third party cost she told me. 30 minutes later she calls me back and states everything has been worked out and the procedure is back on. Then I receive a third call from the office two hours later and she states the procedure is now cancelled. Do yourself a favor and never let anyone from this office touch you.
Dr. Subhedar is one of the kindest, most empathic, greatest doctors ever. I've been going there for probably about 15 years now and they really do everything they can to help you. I don't know if I would be walking around enjoying life at all if I did not go to Ramapo Pain Management. The medicine that he gives me helps. I had ovarian cancer at the age of 27 and I have bad fibromyalgia and arthritis and neuropathy from chemo 30 years ago and he is always so kind. This practice never gives up on you from epidurals or anything they need to do to make you feel better. Very sweet staff as well. The doctor just personally called me back when I had a question from his cell phone and it's a Saturday afternoon.
