My visit to Rancho Vistoso Urgent Care was quick and easy. I had made an appointment online, but there happened to be no waiting, anyway. The receptionist was friendly, the nurse was kind, quick, and efficient, and the PA who treated me was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I always have great care here!
Made advance appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of the appointment. The intake staff was very efficient. I was screened by the nurse and quickly examined by the doctor. Labs came back quickly and prescription sent to pharmacy electronically and I was able to pick it up within 15 minutes of leaving Urgent Care. Very please with this process and level of treatment.
Great doctor- She was knowledgeable and caring a little rushed. The nurse who did my vitals was a little "distant". would have been nice to have had a kind word, or a smile from him The gal who admitted me was efficient- she made it very clear that she was unhappy with me because I had not arrived early was right on time, I will definitely use this clinic again if I need quick medical attention. All in all, positive experience.
I made and appointment, but had to wait longer due to an emergency that came in. That was fine. It happens. Hence the name URGENT CARE. I had an ear ache so, my issue wasn’t as urgent as the patient who came in by ambulance. When I did get called back, it was quick and the doctor was able to immediately diagnose the ear ache and an infection. The staff was friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable. I recommend this urgent care, plus it’s right next to a Walgreens so, you can have any prescriptions they write sent straight there! Very convenient.
I exhibited flu-like symptoms so my wife suggested we visit urgent care. I submitted an online appointment request for the first available time, which was 9am. We showed up second in line when the facility doors opened at 8am. I was checked in promptly and didn't have to wait very long at all to be seen by health care personnel. The entire staff were helpful, courteous and professional, and as my results were positive for influenza type A, I was prescribed Tamiflu and all other precautions were taken. Considering my condition, the experience was very pleasant all around. Thank you.
The doctor and staff that checked us in were amazing. The triage nurse was rude and bothered having to do her job. We’ve always had such great experiences at this Urgent Care so I’ll give 5 stars and hoping this nurse isn’t always bothered by having to work with people.
Had a 9AM appt. still had to wait almost an hour to be seen so apparently an appointment doesn't mean much here. Slow to check people in. Care I received was appropriate for my sinusitis issue. No doctor just a PA. Very clean modern facilities. Will return here if I need medical help again. PA seemed very professional but would have preferred an MD. Seems none of these type places have an MD anymore they are all PAs. Overall satisfied with the care I received.
The staff, especially the front desk ladies, the main nurse and Dr. Alvarado were exceptionally kind. I wasn’t quite as impatient, as I’d normally have been, knowing the staff was so caring. Also an emergency situation arrived and was a priority so the long wait in dealing with me was so justified.
Saturday morning, easy online appointment process, seen before appointed time, treated courteously and professionally at each step by reception, nursing, physician, and radiology. Dr. Stark made quick accurate assessment and obtained xrays to rule out other less likely causes, explained diagnosis and treatment fully. I was discharged quickly. In spite of my physical discomfort, this was as good as I think a medical encounter can get. Thanks much to all involved.
I had a scheduled appointment for 10:00 am on a weekday, but I wasn't seen until 10:45. Then I was left alone in an examination room, but I felt uncomfortable enough with the silence that after a while, I got up, opened the door and asked if I'd been forgotten. The wait, with a scheduled appointment, was that long. The people were nice enough, apologetic, thanked me for my patience, the service was good, I eventually got the medical advice I needed. But the wait. With an appointment...
