I just had a wonderful experience with the Randahl Agency! I have had MEEMIC insurance for as long as I can remember. I just purchased a new car and Aubrey took care of everything in minutes. Then she called me back to let me know my insurance cost actually went down. Thank you for taking care of me and being so kind and efficient!

Best agency ever. I have had my car and home insurance through them for more years then I can count, 25+ for sure. Their rates can't be beaten and the customer service you get is top notch. Just today I was given a phone call to remind me my premium was due, when I didn't answer they sent a text. I had been sick all week and had forgotten. Had I not gotten that friendly reminder my policy may have lapsed. I appreciate them more then they will ever know.
I have had different insurance agencies over the past 60 years. The Randahl Agency is by far the best. Everyone there always provides professional, friendly and helpful service. They go out of their way to answer questions and offer options provide the coverage you want and to save you money.
I've been a teacher-school administrator 25 years, and I've lived on Earth 70 years. I have never encountered a company that is as excellent as Meemic. All customer service representatives know their business in detail. They get down to business instantly on a phone call; they are able to present the best and easiest course of action for auto and home insurance needs in no time; they explain the options very clearly--and they are always friendly and tremendously courteous. Each representative knows what the other is doing, and there are never any gaps or confusion in service. Meemic has made home and auto insurance stress-free for me. LaTosha walked me through every step of the process of collecting C.O.B. info from our health insurance companies in order to transfer our auto policy to AAA including joining AAA. It took a while to assemble the necessary documents for each of the four of us, but she patiently guided me through the process. It was a pleasure working with her, not only because she was great at explaining the steps to me, but also the way she gave encouragement when things didn't seem to be working. LaTosha's great sense of humor helped, too! She has my thanks and appreciation!
Andi Greer has gone above and beyond to try and obtain my refund check from Progressive. Their bungling of the entire refund process is abominable! Andi is one of the best agents I've ever known!
My experience yesterday with a Meemic agent was really pleasant. I wanted to pay my bill and she was extremely accommodating. The Randal Agency feels more like a family than a business of thousands. I so appreciated the personalized attention.
