The office was established by Randy Robida in Denver in 1996 and provides legal services ranging from the drafting of simple wills to Tax Court litigation.
Randy has degrees in Business (accounting), Law, and Tax Law. He has over 20 years experience, including 4 years with the tax departments of Big Four C.P.A. firms and over 20 years in solo law practice. Randy has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is a frequent continuing education speaker on tax and legal issues, including tax issues associated with trust decanting and modification, and tax issues associated with legal settlements. He is the Author of the Advanced Estate Planning chapter for the Colorado Estate Planning Handbook published by the Colorado Bar Association, a member of the Colorado and Arapahoe County Bar Associations, a private pilot, and volunteers with the Civil Air Patrol.
