This is usually one of my favorite places to sit down and watch a movie in Flint. The tickets are fairly priced and even better on their discount Tuesday 4 people for $20! The food has your average movie theater overpricedsnacks but that’s pretty typical. The only thing that I have to say is that I wish the place was a little cleaner. The bathrooms can be gross and the theaters themselves sometimes don’t look like they’ve been picked up from the last attendants seats. Overall though a pretty good movie theater!
I love this place! Very clean. I would give it 3 stars. I do wish they did more to keep rowdy/loud crowds down by coming into the theaters more with lights. Also, it is pricey. The concession stand foods are expensive! If they gave free refills on drinks and popcorn and had the free seasonings again, I would give this place 4 stars. Sadly other theaters that are a bit further offer these perks and I may just start driving the distance to them instead. If you just want a good movie, in a safe area... i recommend this place. But if you love unlimited popcorn as of June 2023 I would say look elsewhere! :
I've been going here for over a decade. They are the cheapest, friendliest, and quietest movie theaters in my area. It's a rare gem to find such a place and get good quality time with money well spent. Their mozzarella sticks are also fire. 10/10 recommended.
First time going to this location in a while I think technically the last time it was the Rave Cinemas. I always enjoyed this location. It is closer to home, clean, and always has good service. Cost for pop and stuff is expensive, but that is any theatre you go anymore. I might try to go back in a couple of days to catch another movie.
Very nice staff, well kept and clean, has a cool little arcade inside, popcorn was very buttery just how i like. Only thing I would say is I wish the seating was a little more comfortable but that's not really a big deal.
It took 10 minutes, two clerks, and a manager to leisurely serve a bottle of pop after I paid for it, with zero customers in line, and it cost as much as the movie I was missing while I waited.
I wish they had free refills on the popcorn and pop. This is an older theater and they keep it pretty clean. They also offer a lower price on tickets. Which is great. But taking a family there can be pricey with concessions. After buying tickets for my family of 5, plus 4 or 5 five dollar drinks and 2 tubs of popcorn, I would rather not have to spend extra on refills. It's annoying because it was less expensive to go to the newer competitors theater and spend the extra 2 bucks per ticket and buy 2 drink popcorn combos there 4 drinks 2 large tubs plus 1 extra drinkthan to buy extra tubs of popcorn and extra drinks here. They used to offer free refills on both popcorn and pop. It might have been because they were owned by another company the theater changed names multiple times. I know that many theaters probably stopped giving refills because of covid, but the others are now offering refills again. Plus the other theaters have drink Dispensers where you don't have to wait in line for drink refills all of which are free. So I don't know why they don't offer refills here.
The staff was very helpful with a small group. The theater, lobby and restrooms were super clean. The was very good too!
I went to flint west 14 for the first time ever yesterday. I liked it. It was clean. People were nice. Security was nice. I know the rave, as it used to be called, had a lot of problems with kids acting up. Personally, I felt safe with security there. As for the prices, I didn't get anything. I went to the movies in sterling heights and I don't think they have free refills there anymore either. Not sure though. No refills doesn't bother me, less I have to go to the bathroom. I was impressed with the prices. Go to troy or sterling heights and it definitely costs more. Btw, check out check out creed 3. Michael b Jordan played that part well. Great movie!
Very good theater with polite staff and goos peices. Theaters and bathrooms are clean. Tech in theaters isn't quite cutting edge but presentations are good, screens are well maintained, and sound is very clear. Nice theater.
