The concession stand is pricey. Theres a youth supervision policy. So no teenagers running around which is a plus. Very large facility and very clean as well.
Haven't gone to a movie since 2017, mainly because I'm not a movie person but I promised the kids. I know the seats are supposed to be for comfort but in all honesty I didn't like them. Not keen on picking seats at the counter either and was quite annoyed that someone picked the seats directly in front of us when there were a lot of seats open and we hadn't picked prime seats. Maybe I'm just strange because when I have to pick seats and see some are taken I look where I can maintain personal space. The movie was great, glad we went. The in theater pizza was better than from the restaurant which shocked me. The overall price wasn't nearly as much as I thought it would be. Overall worth it to see my children happy.
I had the best time with my grand watching The Little Mermaid. Your theater is clean and got us through the line very quickly.
Love coming on Sunday guess if your like me don't like big crowds then you'll love it as well
Not sure how it goes during first day opening. I usually go a couple weeks after the premier during a matinee showing. Normally share the theater with fewer than 10 people. Its obviously great then. Theater is clean, service is quick.
We were here for Chapter 4's opening day. First showing! We got in quickly, got what we needed in consessions and to our seats. The theater was pretty empty, until the family arrived. Baby cried most of the time, kids were playing and we could hear their conversation during the movie. Seats were comfortable and altho it was dark, it was clean in our area. We had a good experience with the staff and the kiosk was helpful. I just got my ticket for The Sound Of Freedom and am disappointed this theater isn't showing the movie. The surround sound was cool. I only got caught off guard once!
The glass doors from the roof park entrance very dirty gave bad first impression. The employees were friendly and helpful. The popcorn was very salty. The reclining theater seats were very roomy and comfortable. I gave the theater a 3 just because I thought it just needed some cleaning and popcorn too salty too eat.
So we stopped in here to get a popcorn refill large tub after having been to a different Cinemark previously which we were unable to get the refill at see my previous review. The young male employee should have gotten his name was very rude and immediately stated in a snarky way “We don’t do free refills anymore. We stopped doing that awhile back.” Are you kidding me? We had our empty container with us with the REFILL TAB INTACT that the employees tear off once you get the refill. So you’re telling me each Cinemark location gets to pick and choose if they want to do refills or not? And we are just supposed to keep paying the same outrageous price without getting a free refill now? Why did our container have the refill tab on it if they don’t do refills?! We drove all the way across town for this. What a joke!!!
The young lady scanning tickets was facetiming someone while working. The theater looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. It took almost 10 minutes to buy a bottle of water. Then the cup holder that was between our two seats waa broken. This was for a show that started at 6:20 on a Sunday, I can only imagine how much worse it all would be on a Friday. Next time we will drive a lot further for a nicer place to watch a movie.
Comfy seats and great concessions but it's weird you get assigned seating, like we went and saw "No hard feelings" which was a great movie!!, But because of the seating one woman sat right in front of me and a couple just one seat over. I don't understand why, when the whole theatre was open.
