Ravenwood Mobile Home Park

I drove through here today to check it out…. The website painted a rosy picture and actually has the balls to ask you to “apply” to qualify!!!!!!! I’m sorry, but if you need to “ qualify “ to live in this run-down shithole…. Keep looking! My car would be on blocks and my belongings would be long gone. The health department if there is one in greene county should shut this dump down…. Ad reads, “rolling hills, meadows & creeks”?!? Rolling hills? Pathetically maintained narrow roads, meadows, trash & cigarette butt dumps, creeks…. Anyone with anyone has any self respect or pride in the place they live….Avoid this place

They have been very quick to solve any problems I’ve had and always are very understanding of things going on! Would highly recommend living here!

Landlords raise the rent every 3 months and change the due dates on rent upon their convenience. This trailer park will extort you for extra money. No trailer here is livable either and landlords will ignore all calls from their tenants. Highly do NOT recommend this place. A lawyer should look into this place

We have been here for 2 years and have enjoyed living at Ravenwood. Everyone is very nice.

I gave it a five because the only thing i seen wrong was the people who work in the office way till dinner to open and the sign on the door says 8 am to 6pm mon through friday other then that i mean its clean its kid friendly and the residents are all friendly its seems to be a great place to raise a family

I absolutely love the new management and since me and my family moved in , it has been sooooo refreshing to have such caring community staff!! Y’all we love it here!

Houses are nothing like the pictures show and it's not worth the rent. I was laid off from work for some severe medical issues while being pregnant and couldn't pay rent myself. My husband was living with me and ive already paid for the application for him and he passed his background to be put on the lease and him being there was never a problem until I couldn't pay rent and and he was paying everything else so we was working to pay rent selling stuff etc... landlord said he couldn't be there and then evicted us even though the situation was known and I have a 2 year old and if currently 8 months pregnant.

All the Trailers are really ran down and it's seems they do cheap "remodeling" work if you could call it that just to make things look kinda new but the Trailers seem to be falling apart. But I guess they're rent to own so that kinda a plus

About the nastiest mobile home park I've seen. The rental trailers and rent to own is ridiculous. My daughter looked at one to buy rent to own and it was in horrible shape! No toilet installed, half of the floor needed replaced, the whole thing needed painting on the inside. BUT there are a lot of nice trailers most of them are privately owned and they take great care of their home. Oh yeah, if you need any type of drug this is a perfect place.

I love living here but if your going to tell the tenants they can't do something the landlord shouldn't do it either in the park. If atvs and dirtbikes are banned they need to be banned for all not just some. Equality goes along way.
