ROBESON COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC.
(RCCDC, INC). Funded in 2003 by The Duke Endowment through the Program for the Rural Carolinas, its mission is to provide asset-building strategies for rural communities impacted by the job and income losses.
The primary focus of services provided by the RCCDC is to provide opportunities to build healthier financial futures through financial counseling and successful home ownership through home buyer education as wells as the prevention of foreclosure and loss mitigation counseling.
