Alexis Pierson from ReMax was wonderful! She was knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient, and always available to show the house we were trying to sell. She was able to give us really solid advice on what to update to get the best price, and what could be covered by offering a home warranty. We live in another state from where the house was, and she was ON TOP of making sure everything went smoothly - we never had to travel even once. She was able to work with all of our repair people directly, and took a large part of the work of getting the house to market off our shoulders.  In the end, she made selling an out of state house the easiest process I've dealt with this year. 1000% would recommend to anyone buying or selling.

We used HomeLight to receive three recommendations for our area, and my wife and I knew from the very beginning that Alexis Pierson was going to be an amazing realtor to help sell our home. During our initial interview, she was very professional, well-prepared, and easy to talk to. She is very honest and solution driven, which is something that we needed in an agent. She understands the military life and was very helpful throughout the entire process. For our situation, we needed to be out of our old house and into our new home by a specific time frame. Not only was she able to meet our target goal, she was able to handle every repair for our home in a stress-free way so that we can focus on our big move up north. This made the selling process very easy on my wife and I. If you’re selling OR buying, I highly recommend reaching out to Alexis Pierson. We cannot thank her enough for all that she did!

My husband and I had the pleasure of having Alexis Pierson as out buying agent when we bought our first home back in 2011. She made the process completely painless and exciting so naturally, when we realized we would need to move, we chose her as our agent again. She, once again, made the process go so smoothly despite us already living out of state for the majority of it. She is someone you always want on your team and her knowledge of her trade is truly impressive. Alexis really made both our buying and selling experiences painless and easy. She was a joy to work with.

If you need a real estate agent, you need Alexis Pierson! She worked ceaselessly to eventually not only find our dream house, but negotiate several tough hurdles to make sure we got into it, all the while making us feel like we were her only and very special clients when she was undoubtedly helping many others at the same time. We lived 10 hours away by car and didn’t want to make the trip more than about three times total. Not a problem for Alexis. She sent us links to houses she thought we might like and then she drove to those we wanted to know more about and streamed a live video tour, answering all our questions and showing us close ups of whatever we wanted to see. She walked into a few houses and immediately said that they weren’t what we were looking for, despite the write up sounding as though they were; she was right every time. She didn’t give up when we backed out of one house we’d gotten an accepted offer on and when were outbid on several other houses. Instead, she taught us everything there was to know about buying houses, including how to make an offer that would be accepted but would still be a good deal for us. She was always a mere text away. Any questions we had--and we had several hundred over the months we worked with her!--she knew the answer or rapidly got it to us. When it was impossible in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence because of the thousands of people who had damaged homes, she found us a contractor to check out and then explain one problem and an expert to diagnose an HVAC problem on the house we had gotten an accepted offer on but needed clearance for these issues to obtain the loan. She recommended excellent people to help us with everything from financing a loan which we knew nothing about to inspecting the house to closing the deal. She is personable, extremely professional, sincerely interested in helping people find the perfect home, and an immense joy to work with.

My husband and I worked with KP for the purchase of our house. We can not summarize how much we appreciate all the work that KP has done for us. She is extremely knowledgeable, straight forward, personable, kind, patient and gives sound advise. KP has been our advocate every step of the way, ensuring things were done correctly and in a timely manner. Very accessible via phone, email and especially TEXT! KP is one of the best realtors that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I was lucky enough to meet her when I was looking to buy my first home back in 2007. Not only did she help me through the entire process, but she went out of her way as a realtor to help me setup a property management contract through her office when I unexpectedly received military orders across the country. Now almost 10 years later I turned to her once again to help me sell that same house even though I'm still not living in North Carolina. KP is not only a great realtor but she's also someone who has become a great friend.

Our realtor Kim Parker KP was the best! Absolute pleasure working with her and trust me she works very hard on your behalf. As an active duty military member and first time home buyer she had a plethora of knowledge regarding the VA loan and we knew we had the right person for the job. From all the way from California to North Carolina she constantly kept us in the loop and answered any questions we had. There is never a dull moment with her and me and my wife just felt so comfortable with her through the whole process. She knows what she is doing and is proud of her job. Highly recommend KP! Alexis began helping us with buying our first home while we were still stationed in Okinawa. We were nervous about buying and unsure of the process. Alexis worked with us for months before we moved back and told us she would find us a house we loved. Not only did she find us a house to make our home, she was there for us every single step of the way. She is confident, caring, and puts her heart and soul into everything she does. Every question was answered thoroughly and honestly and my husband and both felt that KP took the time to fit the house to our needs. It wasn't about making a fast sale. It was about making the right sale. When we found The House she made sure everyone stuck to our timeline as best as she could for closing and overall it was an enjoyable experience. Less stress having her as our agent in home buying than what we experienced with another group while looking to rent. Thank God for KP. We couldn't have found our home without you.

Let me just say Alexis Pierson is HANDS DOWN on of the BEST realtors I have ever worked with. My husband and I live in Arkansas. When the renter in our rent house called us and told us they were moving out we new we wanted to sell but were terrified because we were so far away. Alexis made this process remarkably smooth. We had an offer within the first few days and closed shortly after.  She was upfront and honest about everything. We could not have asked for a better experience!!!!
