Yesterday I was fortunate enough to experience the Ready Valet team in action. I attended a large celebration of life ceremony and could not praise this team enough. It was raining relentlessly and there had to be over 100 vehicles, but the professionalism and excellent service did not waiver! The team showed care with handling my vehicle and excellent organization for such a huge event. I cannot praise this valet service enough. Thank you for making my experience seamless.
We have hired Ready Valet twice now for our annual company holiday party. Both years the team did a fabulous job with making the parking process run smoothly. The group we worked with both years was very friendly and professional both leading up to the event and the day of. Ready Valet made the process hassle free by handling set up and working with our event space directly. The group started properly on time and fulfilled all our needs at the end of the night before heading out. I would highly recommend their services and we look forward to using them in the future.
Instead of the owner, Ross, owning the mistake they made when they once had Ashbourne Farms account, he used a strong valet leader as a scategoat. Is is fair they allow non employee friends to jump in and help when they aren't on payroll? Is it ok for a manager to call in a friend, not on payroll, for a favor to valet cars to meet the on site staff requirement? Should the lead valet be responsible such non payroll one off temporary staff? I gave 1 star for the prior manager Brandon Dejean who realized his lessons as he left the company and added a star for new manager as I hope he does better and owns their mistakes for the owners even though the owners should own it.
I have been working with Ready Valet for approximately a year and a half now, ever since the ownership changed. They are a fantastic group, extremely responsive and able to help at a moments notice. The valets always arrive early and stay late to insure a smooth event. I highly recommend!!
We recently used Ready Valet for a very large birthday party. We couldn't have been more pleased. Everything went off like clockwork -- efficiently and with extreme courtesy. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to our friends.
I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Ready Valet staff when I recently stopped by Seviche. - Well dressed - Polite - Respectful of vehicle They even opened the door and offered their hand for my date - talk about bonus points !! I am glad to be noticing Ready Valet at more restaurants and events around town. It is refreshing to see a local company I CAN TRUST being recognized for their level of expertise.
I've used Ready Valet a couple times and have been really pleased with the service. Ready Valet is the valet service at Seviche among many other places, a very nice restaurant off Bardstown Road. I've seen the valets routinely park luxury cars - I've even seen them park a couple of Bentleys, which are pretty uncommon in Louisville. I've never seen any wrecks or customer service complaints and the valets have always looked and behaved in a professional manner. I've trusted them with my car multiple times and they've always provided excellent service.
We hired Ready Valet for directional parking at our annual festival that attracts nearly 10,000 guests. They did a wonderful job keeping traffic flowing, guiding the parking process, and keeping the event parking very organized. Very professional, courteous, and helpful prior to and the day of the event. Highly recommend their services and we look forward to using them in the future!
They wrecked our car. It came back to us with a huge dent on drivers side bumper. Embassy suites Louisville should be ashamed to use this valet service especially after reading some of the other reviews! Nice to see one of the 5 star reviews was from the manager of the company, Nice Chris!
