This past weekend! WOW! Life Changing Weekend, is titled well. :Sherman Ragland and his team are the real deal. He walks the walk, and truly cares about his students by teaching in easy to understand and actionable steps, and he SHOWS how to do it, by showing how he is doing it, literally looking over his shoulder as it happens. He is a true teacher with a heart, and he is constant and does not waiver. I could go on and on and on about his accolades. And the support that is offered and extended. Truly an exceptional program.
Sherman Ragland epitomizes experience, knowledge, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct. He leads an exceptional organization that offers invaluable insights into real estate investing and various business affairs. My highest recommendations are with him and his team at Realinvestors.
I started at Real Investors in 2018. I had the opportunity to meet so many good people. Although i am currently not a member a lot of the lessons in my real estate journey still holds to the knowledge base Sherman, Jesse, Howard, Stephanie, and Lisa taught. Through the this knowledge it shortened my learning curve and gave me confidence to move forward as an investor. I have developed relationships with other investors that have still lasted up until this moment. I am grateful for the experience. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on different RE courses this is, by far, the one I wish I had seen first. I, as many other RE investors I've met, tend to suffer from paralysis of analysis and, while the training I've seen elsewhere is of good quality, the questions and gaps that remained open easily became an excuse for me to stop and procrastinate. Sherman Ragland's program, besides the theory and walkthroughs required on the subject matter, forced me to start building proper daily habits and took me by the hand through the practical steps required to go from finding to closing on a deal.

I completed the 21-day course. It was informative and comprehensive. Sherman Ragland is indeed a real estate genius. I recommend this course for anyone interested in learning more about real estate--no matter your current level of experience. It will be $20 well spent!
The Realinvestors University is the best place to learn real estate. Sherman, the Dean of REIU, makes himself available to us several times a week to provide guidance and mentoring to you personally. This place has so much to offer. Just listen to Sherman.
It was the best 21 days classes of Real estate investors that I attended and completed last week with Sherman Raglan at RealInvestors academy. I'm looking forward to start Apprentice Class soon to explore more onto the Real estate investing. As a Realtor, I was able to see the difference between a traditional Realtor and an Investor. Thank you Sherman and the people at the office making themselves available to help when needed.
I like that the RealInvestors Academy puts you into real situations with their training, coaching, and mentoring. In the classes we got real, creating small groups that went and got our hands dirty doing the work of live deals - we researched, calculated, contacted people, made offers, and followed-thru to complete deals - in the class! Sherman and his teams are hands-on knowledgeable and work to transfer their experience, networks and skills to help you achieve your own successes.
