Recovery Institute is a non-profit agency, whose governance relies on its membership. There is a volunteer Board of Directors, who supervise our Executive Director, who is then in charge of the staff. The Board of RI is comprised of entirely members of RI, nominated and elected by other members. Membership is totally free, and the only requirement is that a person self-disclose that they are in recovery.
