I'm a little late writing this review, but was meaning to. I went a few weeks ago to Red Ball Radio with one of my two best friends who suggested that RBR is a good option in Belleville for the services i needed. I went inside and requested the man's assistance on diagnosing my Chevy car radio speaker issue of not working except the tweeters, and to ask about repair costs and how soon RBR could do it for me. He looked out the window and quickly went outside to repeatedly snap at my best friend for how uncool his man-pedaled mode of transportation on his lot was uncool, but said repeatedly and with a tone when my friend heard him and stopped rolling there the first time. But here is the part that this review is dedicated to, so then the man went to sit in the car with me to try and identify the speaker problem, but shortly after sitting in my vehicle he made a very tasteless, unnecessary, and disrespectful comment to himself about his views on the appearance of my friend right infront of me, my friend's best friend. I felt like kicking the guy out of my car, you disrespect my people is worse than disrespecting me, and certainly no way of making or keeping customers, with your high airs and snooty attitude. I could barely concentrate on the speaker situation the rest of the time i was there, i was fuming. He did seem quite knowledgable about the speaker issues and products, but a 1star for the sheer attitude, not having services done by a poop, so no, k would not recommend. Yes it is his property, so with declaring what he isnt okay with on it is fine, but with tact and class please. I ended up getting my speaker issue fixed by a good man who wasnt too familiar with my car's system but worked dedicatedly and with a smile on his face until it was done, and then even provided usage and adjustment info and advice; it works great. My friend and i always smile now when we turn the radio on in the car, for various reasons.

Hands down the best place for your electronic needs. The owner Eric is very helpful and knowledgeable and his staff are great also. I highly recommend you check out this store!

I have had speakers installed on a previous car, and most recently a touch screen display purchased and installed from Red Ball on my current vehicle. Service is always friendly and professional. With the newest install, the cable management and dash kit both look very professional. I both appreciate and trust their recommendations as they have been able to save me money while still recommending products with all the features I wanted.

Red Ball radio in Belleville installed a new stereo in my 1986 Chevy C10. The installation was perfect and they offered advice on how to address my subpar existing speakers. Ended up with a package that fit my expectations to a Tee. Seamless installation of new deck and speakers and now I can enjoy my music while driving on a summers day with windows open...exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Red Ball Radio!

Had an excellent experience with Eric, Jeff, and Josh. As luck would have it, they were able to install my aftermarket deck and speakers on the spot. Eric, those Morel speakers are absolutely incredible. I've never run a flat EQ before. No bass boost. No loudness. Just straight out. B.e.a.utiful. Thank you so much guys. I really appreciate you taking such great care of me. That was fun! Once I get this upgrade paid for, I'm coming back for more watts and a sub. Not that I need it. Just because I can.

I have been purchasing audio equipment from Eric and Red Ball Radio for well over 15 years now. We recently had our new home built. Eric and his team were involved early in the planning process to have our home theater installed along with in ceiling speakers throughout the main floor early in the construction process. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I got an outstanding installation and setup from them. We enjoy music throughout the house all day long. Most audio visual stores offer a “Price Drop Guarantee”. In reality, this means,if you search and find a lower price, we will grudgingly refund you the difference. I was very surprised to receive a telephone call from Red Ball Radio advising me that the price, from when I had purchased my TVs in June and when they were delivered in September, had dropped and that they wanted to refund me the difference. I was impressed previously with my experience at Red Ball Radio, regarding their knowledge and expertise, but this was exceptional.
