Bought a “new” Xbox controller from Smart Tech in the Peterborough mall. When we asked about the tape on the box, the cashiers stated that it was “damaged in shipping” so they had to fix it. Opened it to find stuck on food, drink stains, expired papers, and used batteries. This is after already returning something that didn’t work. Will probably be returning this as well and not shopping here again.
Well. I bought a refurbished phone from here a while ago. Lasted about 8 months then I had to go buy a brand new one because I continuously had problems with the darn thing. For months after warrantee was over I fought with the phone till I could buy a brand new one elsewhere. Never again. Works till warrantee is up.

I just bought a phone from smartech and phone is working so fine i bought a iphone and i am so satisfied by the service of staff members there was a guy harjot who just helped me alot to solve all of my problems to choose between iphone and samsung I strongly recommend these guys. Looking forward to buy some gifts for my children for Christmas.

I was so amazed by the service and help of staff there is three guys Rohit,harjot and the manager Harpreet these guys are so super helpful and so nice I suggest everyone to go on store if someone looking for new tv I just bought and my experience is so good
It is a wonderful place. The customer service is really good. And the best thing is they do not charge you for small things that go wrong with your devices. They sell everything that a person needs in their everyday life in electronics. Prices are great for phones especially. I bought iPhone 8 used from this place and got a free tempered glass and cover with it which usually costs around 70$. They offer great deals. It is my go to store for small things in electronics. They offer warranty on their products too.
Nice guys, but I feel a tad ripped off. Went to get an Ethernet cable and found an 80ft one that the guy at first told me was $35, and then I said I was just going to see if the source had a 50FT cable and they didn’t, so I went back, and he went in the back to make a call and came back and now told me it was $40 for the same cable, and because I had to pay on debit, it was now $45 all of a sudden. He tried to play it it off that he was new but I could’ve sworn I saw him a month ago working there? Definitely felt ripped off.
Service of staff is so awesome . Harjot and rohit two salesman are so nice and so helpful i strongly recommend to go over there to buy some stuff
