The Office staff is friendly and caring. They take time to answer questions about procedures and address all concerns. Dr. Sundararajan is thorough and completely explains all procedures in a clear, understandable way. She is so caring and never rushes while going over results. Her whole demeanor sets you at ease. I would recommend anyone to RBG.

I want to right a follow up to my previous comment. I complained about the difficulty with contacting the office. I did get an appointment quickly because I saw the P.A., a very nice, competent woman whose name unfortunately escapes me right now. I highly recommend people see the P.A.. You’ll get in quicker and she is very good. I had an endoscopy with Dr. Eschinger. This doctor is wonderful. He is down to earth and takes time to talk and explain. So I feel, in all fairness that although this practice needs to fix their problem with contacting the office, ultimately, my experience was very good.
Dr. Hample is a very smart doctor. He takes the time to explain things to me. He’s very thorough and he will not give up until we figure out what is going on. I appreciate him and his bedside manner is amazing. His staff is great. Nurse Bonnie is amazing She’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and very helpful. I have to say the whole office in its entirety are all amazing people and the doctors are all very nice
Very satisfied with all aspects of this visit. Staff members were kind and considerate. Dr. Weine is understanding and helpful. I would recommend him to family and friends.
Dr Eschinger is the best! Caring, compassionate and very knowledge. I have been going to him for nearly 20 years and always find that he goes above and beyond to do what he can to help his patients. His staff are efficient and help answer any questions. I feel very lucky that I see Dr Eschinger!
Dr. Weine is a very personable and knowledgeable doctor. He takes time to discuss your visit and answer any questions. I was very satisfied with him and his staff handling my procedure.
First time patient. It was easy to schedule my initial appointment with Dr. Marzano. He was thorough with my initial exam and answered all my questions.
Dr. Gregory Heyt is great! He has definitely heard these ailments a thousand times or more and still sat there and listened to everything I had to say about my last 3+ years with this issue. It was obvious that he was listening closely to all my complaints because he addressed each and every single one, point by point and was very empathetic!
My wife got lab results on a Tuesday via email that she has an infection known to cause cancer. She called the office the next day and they told her the doctor would call back. The doctor never called. I called on Friday and they said the doctor would call, but she’s in procedures all day. We still have no idea what is going on. Horrible communication. How can you give someone results like that via email, and not provide any further information?
