Me and my 8 year old son had such an amazing time! We paid $45 per person for a 30 min ride which is a great price for the awesome trail we went on. Mrs Frankie made us feel like family!!! This is an amazing Farm for the whole family!!! We will definitely be back

Everyone here was extremely welcoming and made our trip great. From reserving a date all the way to completing our ride. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you Kim for such a great day. We had two people that never been on a horse, and they both loved it!! We had two that have ridden before, and we were all catered to by all that worked here. Wonderful place, great price, and even more great people!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Staff was friendly and very gentle with our 5 yr old. I even got on a horse and I’m 47. Horse was very easy to ride. Was excited to know they host birthday parties too.

Made reservations a few days in advance. Confirm our reservations the morning of. An hour and half  before our reservations @ noon they cancelled due to a "chance" of rain. When I questioned why a little rain is a problem it was obvious that the weather was just an excuse. There are better places that's a little further of a drive. I won't waste my time with these people again .

I called a few weeks ahead and scheduled a half day ride for my wife and I, and it was fantastic. We met at Millwood Park and rode trails for 3 hours. We can’t wait come back and visit again. Highly recommended for half day or hourly horseback riding.

We enjoyed horseback and hay riding. The staff were very helpful and professional.

I never rode a horse, so I wanted to go horse riding After searching different places to ride horses. I decided to go with Red Barn Pony Park because I saw wonderful reviews. A little over a week ago my brother and I went to Red Barn Pony. When I first got there I was ask to sign in, which was the waiver. I was talking to the guy who works there, but the older lady who works there kept rushing me to sign in. I felt that was unprofessional. I rode a horse for the first time and it was great experience. I forgot the older gentleman's name but he was so sweet, nice, and gave good customer service. My little brother decided not to ride, but he did enjoyed petting the horses.However the older lady was unprofessional and impatient with me. She kept making little comments. I felt like she didn't wanted to deal with us. When it was time to go that's when she was a little nicer.Other then that my little brother enjoy petting the horses and I enjoyed petting them and the ride as well. I may come back but she need to learn how to have better customer service. I would give a 4 star but her customer service was not good at all.

Amazing place to bring kids who haven't rode horses before! Amazing staff and horse's! Absolutely love this place! Would recommend to anyone and everyone !

We arrived and were barely greeted. We had to ask several times what we were supposed to do. I still don't know the older gray haired lady's name as she didn't introduce herself. The man who gave the pony ride was nice as he could be. Cudos to him. The lady didn't stop looking at her phone or acknowledge me until I asked if I could pay her... No thanks for coming out, no goodbye, zero info about the place..  She was very friendly to other folks that showed up. As a woman of color coming with two small kids and my spouse I don't think I would come back unless I came with a mixed group, if you understand my meaning. The man saved the day in terms of the experience.  Update:  I truly appreciate the owner''s response and the subsequent phone call from the manager. She apologized and explained. I'm glad to know that what I experienced was not the norm and that they offered an opportunity to have a better experience.
