We came to visit Roswell and didn't plan on staying overnight. We are certainly glad we did! I looked into finding a place to park our camper and thought that as long as it was safe and had electricity, it would be enough. But after doing a bit of research, I found a snug and lovely little oasis and a wonderful owner named Lea. She was helpful and very sweet to us and our pup. Her place was clean, comfortable and homey! We made a decision that we'd do this trip again as long as she is open and has room for us!!
This is such a nice quiet park. Leigh the owner was so accommodating and pleasant. Good pull-through for a quick night stay. Clean bathroom and shower, good water pressure at the site. Quiet neighbors. Highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
Have come through Roswell several times and always stay at this rv park! It’s small and quiet and the management/owner takes good care of the place. Some sweet fields behind it for a nice views as well!!Service: 5/5
Great RV park, well planned, good size sites for each RV, very well shaded, excellent host Lee! Nice office area with movies to borrow, lots of books for trade, ice, ice cream and drinks for purchase. Clean restrooms, shower, and laundry area. Much, much, much nicer than two other RV parks close by that are basically parking lots in the blazing sun. Highly recommend Red Barn RV park!
We have been here only a couple of hours WOW really impressed with this 14 spot RV park within 3 miles of Roswell NM . Green grass nice size sites Awesome owner. Would love to live in this areaService: 5/5
The owner takes great pride in ownership, and it shows very well. May be the nicest RV park I have ever stayed in up to this point. Very small but the spaces were well spaced and hookups all worked well. The hookups seemed to be newer and were easy to connect to and were well placed. WIFI was also good. Make sure to pet the community Chicken as she will come to greet you upon arrival. As it is a small place it is close to the highway, but it was within the bounds of typical RV park noise.
My partner and I stayed at this park for two days, about a month ago... And now ALL I can do since then is think about returning!! This is the most perfect little RV park, with the nicest owner ever. You can show right up, and enter the incredible office. If Lee isn't there, you can call the number and she'll be right over. Extremely accommodating, understanding and very knowledgeable of the area. Bathrooms and showers are free to use, and very clean. Laundry room is also clean, two dollars for a wash or dry. Both the bathrooms and laundry room is open all day and night. It's all decorated very cutely, a lot of love has been placed into this place. Lee also sells ice, sodas, water and ice cream at a great price. All honor based. The orange and black cherry drinks are awesome!! There is a small little dirt trail to walk down, and a friendly chicken that likes to hang out around the trailers. : Those two days were wonderful there. We wish we could have stayed longer and we're so sad to leave such a magical place. We truly can't wait to return!! This will be the first place we call.

Very nice small rv park outside of Roswell NM. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. The only small nuisance was the truck traffic on the highway. Nice manager who lived on site.
