A division of David S. Brown Enterprises, Red Brook Health & Wellness Center is a full service 15,000 sq. ft. health club located in the Red Brook Corporate District of Owings Mills, Md. We provide a wide range of programs to fit your specific goals including but not limited to: Individual Personal Training, Small Group Personal Training, Group ex classes, fitness and nutritional assessments, and over 100 pieces of fitness equipment.
We also work with area corporations to developing employee wellness in the workplace and beyond. We provide everything from group wellness seminars to outdoor fitness challenges and boot camps. Check to see if your company provides a corporate subsidy or membership reimbursement program already set up with us.
