If I could pick an even higher rating, I would! This was my first visit and I loved everything about this place! Fabulous customer service, beautiful ambience that doesn’t feel like you’re in a dental office, friendly employees, great care and attention to detail. Really helpful in contacting my previous dentist on my behalf to get my records. The doctor spent time with me didn’t rush in and out and the hygienist did an awesome job too. My teeth have never felt so clean! Easily the best dental practice that I’ve ever been to! There’s a tv on the ceiling above your chair, so you can be distracted during the exam. And the chairs themselves are heated and have built-in massagers! Such a great experience - made going to the dentist actually fun. Highly recommend!
The whole team at Red Cedar Dentistry is great. They are really good with little kids in particular. They are friendly and caring and also professional and efficient. Definitely the best dentist I've ever used.
I called and was able to get a same day appointment as a new patient an abscess tooth, with severe pain and swelling. Dr.and assistant very careful to not cause additional pain extracting teeth. Everyone was very polite and helpful from the moment I walked in until I left. All done in less than an hour. I know where I'll be going for my future dental care.
Dr. Hastings and her assistant were like two angel's from heaven! Ive been around for 43 years and I can say without a doubt that she is by far my most favorite dentist of all time. She is very kind and extremely talented. She makes me smile like no other has... literally!
At my first visit, I felt very comfortable and welcomed by everyone at this practice. Would definitely recommend just for the heated massage dentist chairs alone!
The hygienist,Maddie, and Dr.Hastings are both professional, efficient and friendly. Additionally, I was seen the next day for a procedure and the woman Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name who administered the anesthesia, was terrific. I didn’t feel a thing. Definitely recommend RedCedar Dentistry.
Love going here because they make it as enjoyable as they can. Everyone is always friendly and pleasant. They do a wonderful job. The tvs on the ceiling are a great distraction.
If you are searching for the a qualified dentist and good service you definitely have to come to the Red Cedar Dentistry. I was looking for the dentricity that works with my insuranceI have delta dental and happened that just few clinics work with it. I've left the request online. And the receptionist called me right away even if it was already after work hours. The appointment was scheduled for the next week. When I came to the office I was amazed by design and comfort. Already was twice there: have done cleaning, x-rays and few fillings. Some of my fillings took longer than expected and they stayed 40 minutes to finish everything. Thank you so much for such a good treatment! I think I've found my dentist clinic in menomonie.
This was an appointment to complete an old crown replacement. Once again, the care was very professional, efficient, pain free and the final fitting by Brooke and Dr. Hastings worked out very well. This is a relatively new practice here in Menomonie, but the team effort makes it feel like these folks are good natured "old pro's".
Every one there was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Very detailed. I have found a new dentist!
