Great fire department located in Red Lion Pa, volunteer force ready to respond at a moment's notice.
Great community support here! They always hand out candy at Halloween and are sponsors of the schools. Only grudges are the police who sit in their parking lot hand out lots of tickets. Also, many houses VERY close to this station have burned down.
A fire broke out in my apartment building around 11:45 pm Saturday February 15th. I called 911 after smelling the smoke coming up to my apartment on the top floor from an apartment on the bottom floor. Red Lion fire Department showed up within minutes and immediately began working on putting the fire out and helping residents in my building. They were very nice and professional. I may be displaced at the moment but at least I know the fire fighters in Red Lion are there to help any way they can.
Just worked with them on a Search and Rescue. A great group. There were other great groups there but they were parked next to us and provided light and water.... Thanks much.
