Fast friendly service. Placed our order and I know within 10 minutes the food was hot and at our table. And of course the delicious cheddar bay biscuits. Definitely going to be my go to in or near Marion Illinois. Good job staff and manager.

Great atmosphere with very clean bathrooms. Quick & excellent service. Manager greeting every table personal. Waitress gave us bag for leftover bread including fresh warm ones to take home. As always the seafood & vegetables were very fresh and cooked to perfection.

Significantly smaller sized portions for an inflated price. This restaurant used to be decent, but unfortunately it seems that is no longer the case. My main issue was the fact that I payed the inflated price for the crab legs price on these is somewhat understandable due to the current issues with supply but they completely lacked flavor and taste. The water was definitely not seasoned correctly, if at all.

Took my daughter and grandmother to eat before Christmas after shopping. What a delicious meal. All around great seafood......the service was the best. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

We brought a 1st time visitor to Red Lobster. WORST Red Lobster experience ever We waited 40 minutes plus another 20 minutes for drinks & biscuits. Biscuits were not done. Then one baked potato was barely cooked too hard to cut with a fork-not edible & the other potato was cold. The fish crust was so hard we had to use hands to break it. The crust was not edible, but we were able to pick out some meat. We did receive a small credit for a $70 bill about 7%. Needless to say the 1st time visitor was NOT impressed!!! We will NOT be returning to “this” Red Lobster either. One should go to Paducah or Fairview Heights to receive a good Red Lobster experience.
