Awful customer service, and prices charged do not match the menu. I went in at 10am and asked what quinoa yogurt was. The girl barely answered, so I asked if it was frozen and she said no. So I ordered the Nutella yogurt with strawberries and bananas. $8.50 is a lot for yogurt, but whatever. She said my total came to $10.02!! She couldn't remember what went in it so she kept walking back and forth, and I thought talking to herself, so I offered to tell her strawberry and banana. She cut me off and said, "I got it", then I realized she was carrying on a convo on her phone with earbuds in the whole time. I had to ask for a receipt which she was annoyed to give and that's when I saw I was charged $9.50 not $8.50. But the kicker was when I got outside and started eating it. It IS frozen! So I virtually had ice cream for breakfast but it was an ice of sorts, and with no flavor. It was reminiscent of when I was a kid and drank all the flavor out of my slurpee and was left with pale, flavorless ice. I ate the fruit and Nutella and threw the rest away. What a waste.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I do not know how this location stays in business. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Starbucks!
Not a place go. It seems to be the only place to get frozen yogurt. They had gnats on the side topping, on the counter tops and the side toppings looked old. The phone number when you look up red mango in connected to cinnabon. When I asked the person over the phone about red mango, she said "No, this is cinnabon". I asked if they sold frozen yogurt, she said no. If they share the same phone then she could have said " right next to us sells it. They do not have a wall between them, its opened up to one unit.
This place is awesome! Fresh juice right in front of you! Service was ok but the food and fresh juice is great.
The food and smoothies are good. Service is very friendly. The business struggles with logistics; couldn't find register key, yogurt machine "wasn't working" when actually just needed 5 min to start up. Cashier didnt tell me but the gentleman in line behind me. I would have waited had I known.
My first experience with the Red Mango inside the Riverside Resort in Laughlin NV. was horrible. I went back a second time on my next trip where the employee was missing in action and then very rude to me when she finally arrived. I called corporate office regarding this. I was told the owner would be interested but to this day I have not heard from the owner. Six weeks ago I went back in to order an Acai bowl and was told no because they were too close to closing. It was not yet 9:00PM. I asked the worker if the owner is going to be happy if she / he knew the employees are turning people away. He responded with a simple answer of no, but yet he still refused to make me my treat. I walked away in disgust. Well I went back in there last night at 8:30PM and asked for an acai bowl and again was told no by a female worker. I asked her the same question about would the owner be happy if she is turning a valid paying customer away. She told me she doesn't know but that is always how she has done it. I called corporate office this morning at 11:20AM, which is 1:20PM in Texas and only got a notice to leave a message. I am very much wanting the owner of this business to let me know why I have tried to patronize the business, but have yet to have an experience that would make me want to go to back. When I went there last night I was really wanting to have an acai bowl. This is very disheartening. Does the owner not care that the employees are turning people away? I spend a lot of time in the Riverside Resort in Laughlin and have not seen lines flowing out of this establishment at any time. Could this be from horrible customer satisfaction? I really want to give this a better review but how can I encourage anyone to go to this place in light of four bad experiences. I also tried to call the location at Harrah's up the street since I was told the same person owns both locations, but they did not even care enough to answer the phone when the website says they are open right now. If I treated my customers this way I would go out of business.
UPDATE: I had the best experience tonight. Anthony was the excellent with service. I would give him individually 5‘s Every time I come to the Harrahs, they never have the right toppings and/or the right ingredients to make what we order off the menu. This has gone on for a couple of years. Harrahs should replace them with a better company.
Went to order ice cream for my daughter after dinner 2 days ago and the server said they were closed. Walked back by 10 minutes later and she was serving ice cream to another guest... asked why and she said she now had ice cream only? Felt like she didn't want to help us.
Smoothie was great... lady working the counter was great.. not so much the manager... son dropped his frozen yogurt all over the floor. When I attempted to PURCHASE him a new one, manager would not SELL me it until I dug old one out of trash... on the fence about going back
Shuts down juice machine 2 hours before close. 2 nights in a row they did this and gave a different excuse. Tonight she says "oh we just cleaned it" to which I replied "youre open for 2 more hours" with a response "oh its not working right" For $10 a glass, you would think they would be more accommodating.
