Our waitress was excellent! I order the monster burger well done and it was juicy and awesome. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and it was amazing. The garlic fries are a must try. We tried the cinnamon sugar donuts for dessert and they were YUMMY! I would recommend this Red Robin In Farragut Tn.
We go in the afternoons just before 4. Brenden, our bartender/server, did a great job managing the tables, people, and orders. Without a beat missed, he got our drinks and order, and everything came out just like it should. Brenden was the only one on the floor. He took it seriously and showed that there are great people still in the restaurant industry.
They currently do not have enough staff to handle many patrons with only half a section open the evening we went & a 30 minute wait time with a 90% empty restaurant. They will not do anything to accommodate odd circumstances at this location. The host was not friendly & the manager was not helpful. We do like the food, so ordered our food to go instead of eating inside. The food was handed to me hastily & the cake was upside down in the bag. Was gonna leave a 3 star review anyway because I understand, but then the host also decided to make a sarcastic comment as we left. I admit I was not happy & irritated, but I was never not kind & did not deserve the treatment received.
Update 6/20/23. Ugh it's happening again. Everytime when the parking lot is empty I should've known. One server and one cook so the service was delayed for 30 to 40 min no guarantee so we left. Seriously whats going on with Red robin? Guess it won't be my favorite burger place. Going to Seasons innovation and grill for burger now. Update 9/30/22 it's opened again!!! Ordered smoke and pepper burger and their new Steakhouse burger. Smoke and pepper was ok, it just didn't taste the same as before but steakhouse burger was tasty. If you like beer, stop by to have octofest beer with your favorite burger. Natalia, bartender was friendly and very attentive! p.s. the size of burger got smaller and the price is higher than used to be. Update 7/31/22. I came for my birthday burger and the place is closed. I checked website before I came and there was no message or note that they are closed for dining in. Ugh.. this hungry, grumpy girl is going somewhere. Disappointed! *****Our favorite place for burgers. Tried out their new burgers and didn't disappoint us! Yum.. Vegetarian options: Vegan burger, veggie burger and the wedgie burger gluten free available.
Went here tonight 8/17/23 for dinner with my family. The restaurant was pretty empty but was told there would be a 15-30 minute wait…. Then we herd our sites say as she got to work that she was ready to just off herself! When we got our food, it had no flavor and was ice cold. Our waitress never came back to check on us or see if we needed anything. We had an $85 tab for food that was inedible. I would not recommend this location at all. I’ve never had an experience like this.
Man idk what's happened to this Red Robin. Poorly staffed and our server clearly didn't like her job. Got charged for a refill of the supposedly bottomless sweet potato fries. We were not given napkins or silverware until halfway though our meal, and the buns on the burgers were just sad. We have our kid's birthdays on our loyalty account for free burgers, but for whatever reason, our server could not comprehend this concept today. The last 2 times I've been here, it just seems to continue to decline. RR used to be my favorite, but I don't think I'll be going back.
After being told it would be a 25 minute wait, at 45 minutes and 4 tables leaving with NO ONE being seated .. we left. And were not the only ones. A lot of staff standing around... Over 1/2 the restaurant empty ?? Unfortunately, service has definitely gone downhill at the Red Robin. We probably won't be back or consider this a go to option . And that's a shame, they do have a good burger!
Sad that people just don't want to work. The wait was 45 minutes because they were short staffed on help. Our waiter was AMAZING!! He was at our table every 5-6 minutes as well as his other tables. The first time our girls had been, but my second. Tried the Fondue burger and man oh MAN!!! Absolutely loved it! One girl loved her burger and the other said no flavor...don't worry she is just too picky. I told her she needed a pineapple on it. Fries are amazing too! A fabulous burger joint!
This was our first time dining in at Red Robin. We were seated and greeted promptly. Our food was good. I understand the concept of endless sides, but I do think the initial serving could be larger than what is seen on the plate.Dine in: YesTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
Giving a 1 star is generous. Sitting at the bar, I will say the bartender was nice and made some solid drinks. Unfortunately, the over half hour wait for mediocre looking burgers served with broccoli that had a dead maggot proudly front and center was definitely not the look. I wish I took a picture to share. My husband and I didn't eat a single bite of our food, sending it back immediately. The highlight definitely was the manager trying to convince me that maggots meant the food was fresh and it had "just come straight from the garden!" I may have been born at night, but it definitely wasn't last night. Just wanted to share that the "fresh food" they advertise is obviously a blatant lie. Eat at your own risk.
