Would give 0 stars. Fish was not done. The wings were refried and hard. Fries were undercooked. Food was not fresh. Go to the one on Virginia Avenue!!! The quality of food is way better and taste great!
Came all the way from Marietta to get an Italian beef and they don’t have any on a Tuesday at 4pm. Last week went to the other red snapper in hapeville and why the same thing happened but at that location they permanently stopped selling a Chicago staple ! As much as gas is right now u would think they would be on point with stock an also there hours on old national.
Located in a Hood Section of South Fulton Atlanta. Went here for Gyros last week. And there meat was dry. And barely any cucumber sauce on the Gyro ..... And then I also ordered some Hot Buffalo Wings. And they gave me Fried Wings. When I called too complain. I spoke too the Manager who claimed he cooked the order himself. And he told me I was lying and he put plenty Cucumber sauce on the Gyro. And then he said there Hot Buffalo Wings looks like Fried Wings. I have never heard that before. Two different styles of Chicken. And there was no spice at all in the chicken. Just plain fried chicken
If you can do not come here. I don't know if it's under new management or what but the service has definitely changed. Came in at 7:45pm to order food and was immediately told that they were closed. I told them the hours on the door says differently and was pointed to a handwriiten sign saying "Summer hours are 12pm to 8pm" but it's almost Halloween so how is that summer hours. Decided to go to the red snapper in Hapeville. If you can try to avoid the restaurant on Old National
I won’t ever come back! As soon as I walked in a lady was in the restaurant asking for a refund because her food tasted “funny” I decided to continue to wait in line to order. When I reached the counter the cashier demeanor was off. She was not friendly with her greeting and treated me like I was bothering her for wanting to come spend my hard earned money. She was constantly scratching her scalp eww. I walked out and will never go back after 4 years of ordering.
Very good fried fish and shrimp! And ask for the seasoning! Ate my food in the restaurant and got the itis and took the rest back to my room! Biig shoutout to the young lady at the counter, and the cooks in the back frying up that fresh fish! Will definitely come back when visiting the A!
Customer service is the worst, my Gyro sandwich was horrible and I believe it is cause of new people. I paid for jalapeno peppers, lettuce, and nacho cheese extra which I didn't get at all. The only thing on my sandwich was soggy tomatoes, sauce and over cooked lamb meat. I thought about going back, but they would have called the police on me. I will never go back
The cashier is the worst her attitude is terrible I wouldn’t recommend they have new owners now and wouldn’t take my order over the phone then to show up place my order then they didn’t have what I wanted but told me 15min later then she was still rude the cashier baby girl apply somewhere else bye never again
Fish and wings was uncooked. The manager was so busy offering us a job. He should be making sure they cooking their food correct!
DO NOT ORDER FOM HERE..THESE FOREIGN STORE OWNERS COME HERE AND OPEN SHOP IN OUR AREA AND THINK THEY CAN HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & WE WILL STILL SUPPORT THEM..I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER FROM WORK AT 8PM..SITE SAYS CLOSES AT 9.30 PM..I GET THERE DOOR CLOSE..IM SHOWING THEM MY PRINTED RECIEPT..NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY TO COME TO THE DOOR..I SPENT $16.30 ..FINALLY THE OWNER SENT HIS FLUNKY TO COME LET ME KNOW MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED..IM CHECKING ON CAVIAR AND ORDER HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED.. I EXPLAINED TO THE WORKER TO PUT HIMSELF IN MY SHOES ..IM AT WORK ORDERING FOOD PROPERLY AND THAT THE OWNER SHOULD EDIT THE SITE TO REFLECT HOURS.. HE LOOKED LOST..THE OWNER SAT THERE UNBOTHERED..I HAD TO COME BACK TO MY DESK AND LOGIN TO CAVIAR TO CANCEL IT SINCE HE NEVER DID..HE WAS JUST GOING TO KEEP MY MONEY
