Red Wing backs there products. My average Boot life is 3 years. Bring them back for service they'll replace shoe laces oil and if ever the stitching comes apart they'll repair it. I had a great customer experience at this location. Your paying for quality don't get sticker shocked just fork it out.

Absolutely the best place to buy your work boots!! We always buy our work boots from this store!! They take such great care of their customers!! We had purchased a pair of boots and the eye hook snapped off which is rare because the quality of their boots is amazing.... anyway we brought them in with the receipt and the owner was there and he didn't question us at all. Today is April 1st , red wing was close yesterday on the 30th so I couldn't get my boots then, now they open at 10:00 and it is 10:20 , that is horrible service , me and 2 other Custer's waiting , now we all are leaving because there is no one here to help us , horrible service . Customer service great as usual , love the product. I would of given 5 stars but they did take over 12 weeks to re sole my boots when they said it would take 8 weeks. I still plan to get my hiking and my workbooks with them.
Really bummed with the customer support at this location. I took my new Red Wing boots here to be repaired here over 3 MONTHS AGO. for a manufacturer's design error I follow up every 3 weeks, and each representative I talk to never seems to know where my boots are, even though they can easily find my name in the system and I provide them with my ticket #. This store seems to have lost my boots in the "repair" process and is not helpful in fixing this issue that should have never happened in the first place. I called last week for another follow-up, and the rep said "she would give me a call back in 10 minutes with an update", and she never did. Safe to say, I will sadly never purchase a boot from Red Wings again. Hopefully, I will get my expensive boots back one day.
It’s 10:49AM, Tuesday November 29th, business hours online and on the door shows it should be open. I drove all the way over here just for it to be closed and nobody working in sight. Thank you RedWing
It's Sunday 130 pm and it's closed made me drive far Becuase this store has the boots I need in stock why not update their hours even on the door
Red wing boots are not what they use to be. Soles lasted only 4 months.
