Listen, this is my second time at this store. First time was to use a voucher from my work for a pair of shoes. The same young lady helped me both times. She made me feel so welcomed and like my presence was appreciated that I decided to buy two other pairs of boot. Thank you for an awesome experience twice now!
The service was very streamlined and friendly. The associates was also informative about what each test process does and walking me through the steps to do.
Amazing experience!!! I walked in for first time ever in their boutique/store Ricardo was super nice and hospitable and at the same time took time to educate me on the history of the brand. At the end he ordered my very first redwings heritage in my favorite color. Can’t wait to pick up my very first redwings boots This store been at the same location for over 50 years. Amazing job guys!!!
New 877s. Tried this store as I’m very picky with tuff toe job. Not the best but not the worst either. Wish Red Wing would offer tuff toe from the factory !!!!!

Ordered some boots that were supposed to come in from another store, they were supposed to give me a call. When I call the store it just rings then hangs up. Thanks for following through with what you said you were going to do.

Good place to buy boots. There is a employee there... white male 50-60 years old that is rude as hell for no reason . He is the reason I stopped going. He has horrible customer service. Beware!
