This page will be used to publish Redding Police News, inform the pubic during disaster/emergency incidents, improve information exchange between RPD and the public, and share details about wanted criminals, public safety tips, and missing persons.

Examples of inappropriate include but are not limited to: ethnic slurs; profanity; material that is harassing, defamatory, fraudelent, discriminatory or sexually explicit; material that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights and; material that is submitted for marketing, promotion, or for other purposes that fall outside the scope of addressing public safety issues.
This is not a forum to report a crime or inquire about ongoing investigations. Comments or requests of this nature will not be followed up on.
