I didn’t even know there was a RediClinic in this area. I had to go here last minute and was able to get in with no issues. When I got to the clinic I was welcomed by the front desk person and was taken to one of the exam rooms a few minutes after filling out my paperwork. The PA and NP were very helpful. They weren’t in a rush to get the next patient but took the time to explain what was going on and asked me if I had any questions. It was really refreshing to see how much these professionals truly cared for their patients. I was out of the clinic within an hour! Good place to go if your doctor isn’t available!
Rose was great, she got all of my information fast and everything before I saw the doctor. The doctor was amazing, Morgan talked me through everything and looked like she really wanted to help me in what I was feeling. I left the clinic feeling like I will get better.
Morgan was again spot on. Quick in and out, even though I accidentally took an appointment as a new patient, the receptionist was able to fix that. Morgan listened, did her tests, gave a thorough explanation of what she was prescribing and why. Prescriptions were called in to my pharmacy before I even got to my car. Excellence all around!
I am applying for Nursing school and need multiple vaccinations and titers along with numerous other procedures the clinic offers. They had everything I needed and were able to do all the lab work I needed. They are kind, and courteous. Rose and Morgan saw me and answered all my questions and handled all my needs in timely manner. And I needed a lot of titers They were understanding of my situation and even encouraged me to work hard in Nursing school. I highly recommend this clinic. They are open and seeing people even during the pandemic. Just don't forget your mask.
Let me start out by clarifying we have had good experiences at other RediClinic locations, just not the Atascocita location. About 3-4 weeks ago, I brought my 11 year old in first thing in the morning as she was tired and feeling achy and we feared flu. The lady at the front desk was less than welcoming or courteous. She hurriedly swabbed her for flu and strep and both came back negative. The physician based treatment on visible symptoms and negative test results. She had not run fever, so with the negative test results and clearance to go to school, I took her to school, and 3 hours later, the nurse called me saying she had 101 fever. I then took her to our usual RediClinic location in Kingwood, and they swabbed her again and immediately the results came back that she had the flu. Clearly, she was not swabbed properly at the Atascocita location and exposed others as a result. Thankfully, she wasn't coughing or sneezing and didn't spread it since we caught it early and then kept her home. I filed a complaint against the individual that swabbed incorrectly and assumed it would be addressed. This morning once again we had to take my daughter to the Atascocita location for the first available appointment. She had a sore throat and was tired and not feeling well. Thankfully, it was a different person that checked us in. For whatever reason, they only did the strep swab. My husband was there with her otherwise I would have insisted they test for both strep and flu. My child has never had strep, and with it being flu season, it should be standard procedure to test for flu. Once again, we got the all clear to go to school and that it's just allergies. I sure hope and pray that's the case and that I don't get another call from the nurse. We will not waste time going back to this location. They are clearly not thorough in their procedures, and it's happened one too many times.
Quick check-in, service, and diagnosis. Wish my regular doc was this efficient!!! Even associated with Memorial Hermann... which is my plan! All-in-all... best doc visit I've had in ages. Almost tempted to come here from now on for anything that isn't major. I was THAT satisfied. Great job, guys!
I made an appointment Saturday for immunizations for my 4 year old son I showed up 6 minutes late and got told that they could not see me as they only allow 5 minutes to be tardy so I scheduled another appointment for Sunday. I showed up 5 minutes early and I gave them the shot records for my son and got told that I had to tell them what shots to give as I only scheduled for immunizations I should of asked for an office visit if I wanted them to look and see what shots he needed. The lady at the front was not willing to help with anything. I gave the a 2 star rating because the place is clean but the service was well below what I was expecting.
I love Rediclinic. They are so much more efficient than going to the doctor, especially since they are open on the weekend. The only downside that I have noticed is that you used to be able to just walk in without an appointment and be seen relatively fast, now you wait a much longer time even when they are less busy. So now I make an appointment to be seen yet I still have to wait 4 hours starting at the time I schedule to be seen. Is this awful? No. But you still need to take a bit of time to be seen. I still love the Rediclinic and they are very accurate and friendly.
I went in yesterday and they wouldn't see me, said I had to make an appointment online which I've never had to do before. Maybe because it's flu season but they still could have made an appointment for me today while I was there. Made an appointment today and on my way there I was held up by traffic and had forgotten my phone so u couldn't call in that I was late, ended up arriving only 15 minutes past my appointment time and was turned away being told you're super late we cancelled your appointment after five minutes. I've been suffering for two days while missing work with a fever, coughing, sore throat and congestion and was turned away because traffic held me up. I told them that this was not very helpful to which one of the women sarcastically told me you're welcome. Very unprofessional, they clearly do not care about patients. I will not be returning.
Let me start with the only reason I was planning on going to this clinic was because my best friend who works for a different locations referred me to rediclinic, this was the nearest location to me. I didn't even have to go to the clinic to have a bad experience. I had been calling the atascosita location since 11am with no answer. I finally get an answer at 3pm and right away I am told that they are no longer taking any more patients for the day . As I recall according to their website they don't close until 5pm. My reason for calling was to ask about what they will give a patient who has poison ivymy husband. We tried over the counter stuff and no luck. We have a 1yr old and we are trying to get a quick solution so she doesn't get it too. One thing I know is I will NEVER go to this location for anything. After being told they wouldn't take no more patients, I informed them that we wanted to go tomorrow a Sunday. She responded with the Doctor might be very busy and the wait will be 2-3 hours. This is just crazy! Didn't get the girls name I spoke with but one thing is they have bad customer service. Apparently they don't need my business. I wouldn't even rate it one star.
