Made a reservation and it was sat immediately despite being at the end of the 15 min grace period. Appetizer spinach dip was top notch and shoestring fries are the best. Service was good but they were very busy!!Food: 4/5
Steak Maui never disappoints me at Redlands. My steak was prepared to perfection. My husband relished his lasagna as well. Also, we order beverages. I ordered the Lemon drop mojito, which was unique and delectable. I expected it to have a citrus flavor, but it was pineapple-based. I believe I've discovered my new fave beverage. I would like to acknowledge our server, Jaylen. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!
Went for lunch the other day, can't remember my servers name but she was amazing as well as my food. The salad was so much I got my meal of half chicken and mashed potatoes immediately boxed up. But it was also delicious. I miss the bread VERY much but everything else was great!
I had the pleasure of dining at Redlands by J. Alexander recently, and it was a fantastic experience! Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our meal. The chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection - incredibly hot and juicy - and the burger was delicious with all fresh ingredients! I highly recommend Redlands by J. Alexander for anyone looking for a great meal out.
Went with my sisters and we're not rushed. Food was absolutely delicious and staff treated us like royalty. This is on my revolving list and super good in every way! We were having such a wonderful time that we pushed right up to closing time and they did not rush us to leave. They allowed us to enjoy our dinner. This place is amazing for dinner. It has a beautiful ceiling, and the mood is expensive, and the service is also amazing of all the times I've gone the waiters have been very attentive and nice. The food is also delicious and flavourful 10/10 would recommend for a date or a fancy family meal!Food: 5/5
Tonight was my first time coming to J Alexanders and I was not disappointed. I had the most lovely waitress ever. Even the other staff members that stopped by to assist were courteous. Everything was perfect; from the meal, to the service, down to the atmosphere. Everything that came out was hot so hot fresh. My steak was seasoned to perfection, cooked to perfection, it was tender, anything I needed she was on it, my glass stayed full, etc. If you’re looking for fine dining, look no further! While I was waiting on my partner to get there, I was able to go down to the lobby area and watch the kitchen in action. I really enjoyed that. I wasn’t expect them to be as busy as they were around 5/6 on a Sunday but nonetheless, they still managed to get my dinner out in a timely manner Kudos to the kitchen. I’m upset with myself because I don’t quite remember my waitress name off the top of my head, but I’ll most definitely remember her face. Now I can’t afford to dine here often because this restaurant is on the pricey side but in my opinion it was worth every penny. I’ll be sure to ask for her when I come back. At the end of my meal, I told her I would write a review about how pleased I was with everything. So I hope she sees this!
Came for dinner with a few friends. The food was delicious! Pricey, but GOOD! Our service was impeccable as well! Best part was dessert! The carrot cake is awesome! It's served warm and the icing just melts over the sides of the cake! The steak rolls as an appetizer was delightful roo! The half of chicken was served with a side of broth. We had enough to take home!
Server was sweet. Food was awesome. Perfectly grilled for my medium rare. The smoked salmon dip was aromatic and flavorful. Lastly, this all was topped off with a glass of Merlot.
